Mothers Day

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY. Here's a short chapter to celebrate

     Summery - Adrien's mother past a few years ago, and hated
Mother's Day ever since. She knew this day affected Chat, so she got a present for him.
(They don't know each others secret identities)

"Chat...you alright?" Chat's mother died a few years ago, this day just brought pain into his heart the most.
"I-I'm totally fine....I have somewhere to go anyways." He said with a forced smile. Ladybug cupped his cheeks, "Please tell me Chat....what's wrong?"
His cat-like eyes turned glossy, with tears threatening to leave his eyes.

He wrapped his arms around he with no warning, sobbing about his mother.
"Chat........your not alone...you have me" she rubbed his back whispering words to calm him down.
As soon she said those words she spotted a box with a tiny kitten.

"You know what? I got something for you." She said while leaving the boy alone. Chat begin the feel the empty presence.
"I'm back." She said with a smile. She lifted the box to Chat's eyes.
"Let's raise them. Okay?" Her smile wasn't fake. She meant it...every word.

     For the first time that day...he smiled.

      He stared deeply into the eyes of  the one particular cat. He was a black cat with lime green eyes.
"I love him already bugaboo." As soon as he saw the cat, he knew that he and the cat have a connection.

      He lifted the cat carefully out of the box making sure it's not hurt.
"Let's take turns taking it home Chat. Since we are the parents of this angel."
Chat's smile turned mischievous, "Of course. We can also have a child of our own so we can be parents to another angel." Chat soon turned red once he realized what he said.

     He wasn't the only one red though.

     "U-uh d-don't c-c-count on that y-you s-stupid cat. Y-you t-take care if it u-u-untill out ne-next patrol. As soon as she said that, she left.

      "WHY DID I JUST SAID THAT" thought Chat

     On the other hand, Marinette couldn't stop blushing on the way home.
