The school booked a special pent house for the party. The house was pretty much full by the time Ellie got there. She loved the black dress her friend bought for her, it was a bit too revealing for her liking but according to Amy and Tori -'These type of dresses are appropriate for parties. You'll look fu**ing sexy in it!' It was a gift from them, so she had no choice but to wear it to show that she appreciate the gift. Besides, she was going to forget what happened that evening and enjoy the night so who cares if it looked 'sexy', it will serve the purpose. She even wore a 3 inch heels that make her looka bit taller.

As usual, people gawk at her as she squeezed herself between the bodies to search for her friends. Ellie concluded that it was due to her dress. Or maybe she looked good in it. She wanted to pat herself in the back for admitting that as much as it was embarrassing for her. Fortunately, she won't ever say it out loud!

She instantly spotted Tori dancing up on the table with the other players; the boys seemed to appreciate the sight as they were grinning widely from ear to ear.

Tori climbed down the moment she saw her approaching the table, pushed the boys away, and made her way to her.

"Ellie! You look freaking sexy. Look all the attention you're getting" she winked, "Join us up there."

Ellie gave her a small smile, still seemed to be distracted by Archer.

"Wait," Tori's smile faded. "What's wrong?"

"I..It's...," she looked around as people hovered around them, making her uncomfortable to talk about it.

Tori seemed to sense that and took her to the side where a few tables and chairs were arranged. They sat side by side.

"Talk," Tori demanded.

"It's Archer," she looked down, avoiding her sharp gaze.

"What? Archer? What about him?"

"I saw him this evening on my way home and..."

"And?" She urged on before mumbling, "I hate where this is going already."

"I saw him with another girl, dining at Alexa Lane."

"The fu*k!" Tori roared.

"Shh... Keep it down!" She pulled Tori as she practically jumped up.

"But...but...how could he! Other jerks, maybe but we're talking about YOUR Archer here!" She exclaimed. "Are you sure what you see? Maybe she was his cousin or something?"

"Cousin. Seriously?" Ellie said flatly.

Tori slouched, "Your right. Did he see you?"

"Yeah. We even talked a little;he couldn't even tell me who she was to him."

"Man, that bastard! He better not be trying to-"

"It's okay Tori. I want to forget all about it. At least for tonight."

"You're right, but this talk is not over. It's your birthday so we're celebrating it with no di*ks tonight"

Tori, again, climbed up on the table.

"Tori what are you doing?" she asked.

"Waiting for a bus," she said sarcastically with a wink before clapping her hands. Ellie wasn't really sure that would get people's attention.

She kept on doing it and to Ellie's amazement, it works. But she was talking about Tori after all.

Tori stopped after getting people's attention. "Thank you" she started, "Now, I know we're here to celebrate our victory tonight but..." She paused as she looked around, "Tonight is my best friend Ellie's birthday too, and I want you to give her the best time of her life!"
