ELLIE STORMED TO THE school hallway, her breath puffing out her chest. Fortunately, the school wasn't far from her home and her mom dropped her off. Ellie arrived a minute or two before the bell rang. The shy girl, now dormant, looked pissed, resulting in everyone staring at her in confusion–as if she had ten heads.

She finally saw Archer, leaning casually over a locker, looking bored with his friends. Of course pretty girls surrounded them, feeling up their chest and arms. Archer looked good–his plain white shirt hugging his defined chest and abs. Leather jacket and jeans hanging low on his hips made her thoughts run wild.

James nudge Archer on his arm as soon as he saw Ellie. As soon as Archer saw Ellie, his eyes seems to light up and the corner of his lips curved up into a mocking smile. Passersby tried to listen in on Ellie and Archer's conversation, but turned their back as to not appear suspicious.

"How dare you!" She started as his brow quirks up.

"What?"

"You know what!"

"Don't know what you're talkin bout," He shrugged.

"Don't act innocent. You know what you did."

"Yeah?"

"YOU SHUT MY-" She stopped as she realized she almost announced to the whole school that Archer always freely invited himself into her room. She took a deep breath, "you know what!"

"Know what, baby?" She knew that false saccharine sweetness.

"You shut my alarm off and taped the lid of my toilet! " she whisper-yelled. His friends hollered with laughter while he chuckled deeply. She forgot that his friends stood near them, but strangely the girls had vanished.

23 minutes earlier.

Ellie awoke from her peaceful slumber, rubbing her eyes. She looked at the window and blinked. It doesn't look like 5 am ray of light. She looked at the alarm clock on the table and gasped loudly.

"7:35!" She leaped out of bed and checked the clock. The timer was off! She swore she set it on the other night. She never forgets to set it. She dropped it on the bed and ran into the bathroom, quickly washing up. She blindly reached for the toilet lid as she brush her teeth with her other hand. But she felt something else. She looked to see that the lid was taped shut with a plastic tape. She didn't do that! Then, it all clicked. The alarm magically off, the typical toilet prank.

"McCARTY!"

PRESENT. ....

"Aww...she's so adorable," Patrick cooed, as if talking about a puppy.

"No. She's f***ing hot! " James smirked, making Archer scowled.

"Let me handle this." Gabriel stepped in front of her, giving her a charming smile, "Hi, Ellie. I'm Gabriel," he took her hand and shook it. "Can I ask you something"

"Um..su-sure..." she stuttered, taken aback by his kindness.

"Is your daddy a baker cause your buns looked sweet! "

Ellie wasn't sure if she should take it as an insult as he said it so casual, as if he's talking about the weather. He looked smug as if he just charmed her. She resisted the urge cover her chest. Patrick whacked Gabrial upside the head.

"You devilishly handsome man! Don't be such a doofus, let me show you how it's done–" he pushed him away and stepped in front of her.

"Hey, did you sit on a pile of sugar cause you a*s looked pretty sweet" he grinned widely. Ellie can't decide what was worse. Archer jabbed him hard in the ribs.
