''F*** You still believe in those things, Ella?"

Her eyes went wide as saucers. He knew her name! It worried her deeply. Who is he? How does he know her name? Wait, he called her Ella. The only person who called her Ella. . .

Then, he's face was right in front of hers in a second. She could clearly see his face. His eyes. Those eyes! No. No. It couldn't be.

"You are such a baby" he grumbled.

Ellie sucked in a huge breath. She pales instantly. Archer. The man who haunted her dreams. The boy who had always made her suffer.

''No. No. It can't be" He backed away and lurked back into the dark as if sensing her fear.

He chuckled darkly, "Run Ella" he teased her.

She didn't have to think twice, she would never when it comes to him. The last thing she heard was "See you.."

ELLIE RAN TOWARDS the car. Only then she remembered, she didn't have the keys. Her thoughts were jumbled so she don't know how long she waited for her friends.

''Ellie, God, you scared the sh*t out of us! Why did you went out alone? Sorry, we didn't notice it earlier. Do you know how dangerous that is?'' Tori rambled on.

''He's back" Ellie whispered.

''What?"

'' He's back'' she said louder. Her friends could see the fear in her eyes.

''Who, Ellie? " Amy asked in a worried tone.

''Archer's back. Beast!"

''Beast..'' Tori mumbled and frowned in confusion.

''Wait!" Amy said sharply " You mean the Beast in there is Archer!"

Tori eyes were wide in shock, her mouth opened and closed like that of a fish. Amy cursed.

Ellie nods "Take me home. Please"

COMPLETE SILENCE SURROUNDS them in the car. Ellie couldn't think straight. If Beast is Archer, then what was all the sparks, all the connections she felt. For a moment, she thought she had met her mate(a/n-soulmate). Archer could never be her mate. She could never imagine herself with him. She hated him.

''Ellie, if it makes you feel better, he doesn't look like an ogre after all. He's a total Greek god'' Tori tried to break the silence.

''You idiot! How's that suppose to make her feel better! You called her suppose-to-be-enemy a god" Amy scolds her.

''But-''

''Shush'' Amy cuts her off . Tori pouted and leaned back while grumbling. Ellie smiled.

THE NEXT DAY, She spent all the day either studying or reading her kindle. She was pretending all that happened the other night was a dream. She was lucky that he wasn't living next door anymore. She was now sprawling on the bed among her collection of stuff animals. Well, the ones she collected as a little girl.
