ELLIE WANDERED AROUND THE hallway with Amy and Tori, she stops when she saw him with his friends.

She didn't miss the girls standing along with them. That wasn't anything new.

But, Archer was standing at the side, that somehow relieved her.

But, she wondered if he was with any of them.

Maybe he moved on! It'd be easy for him as there were girls practically lining up for him!

It ate her up inside.

His friends definitely knew what's going on as they only gave her a small smile when they pass by. Obviously out of guilt!

Ellie's friends saw all of it too but remain silent as she appreciates it.

"I really want to talk to him" she says after they're out of sight.

"Why don't you?" Amy asks

"I-I'm afraid"

"Do you love him?"

"Yeah"

"So, what's the problem? You want him right? So get him back."

"Yeah, Love's about putting your fear aside" Tori says like she knows what she's talking about. Ellie and Amy looked at her in surprise. That's not something Tori would usually say.

"That's what I heard" she said defensively making them grin.

"I don't even know if he'll want to talk to me. What if he...truly hate me?" she said one last time.

"You'll never know" Amy assures her.

"He avoids me"

"That's a good sign because it means that he's hurt."

"How is that a good sign?" Ellie scowled in disbelief.

"That means he still have feelings for you. If someone you don't care did something to you, you can act like nothing happened or forget it, right? But, he's hurt hence a good sign"

Ellie thought about what her friends said. Maybe they're right. It gave her hope somehow.

She decided that she's going to talk to Archer.

"JAMES WH-WHERE is he?"

James, as expected, avoided her eyes. "Ellie I don't think-"

She knew instantly what he meant. He's must be with a girl!

"James. I'm not going to sit around watching him with other girls"

He's mine. She thought.

"Well...he's out in the parking lot"

"Thank you" Ellie said before going out.

ELLIE SPOTTED HIM from afar, leaning against his car.

And of course the two girls who are openly flirting with him! It hurts her deeply. When they were together, Archer never pays attention to girls. The girls who flirted with her and saying cheesy things like, 'Oh, your sister's cute' but Archer always scowled and told them that she's his girl. That always makes her feel warm.

That must be why she can't get used to seeing Archer paying attention to them.

It hurts her at the same time she have this huge urge to claw their eyes out. At least they're not touching him.

She felt more threatened than ever as Archer wasn't hers anymore.

No. she shook her head. She isn't going to be the quiet girl who waits silently on the side anymore. She's going to get what she wants.
