14. I use my powers for evil!

Megan POV

The next few days passed by in a blur. I was so busy with Quidditch practice three nights a week and mountains of homework.

I was one of the top in the year, the only person who was above me was Hermione. I was better than her at Potions and Defense Against the Dark Arts. We were both equal in Transfiguration. She was better at History, Herbology, Charms and Astronomy.

I sat writing out a Potions essay. I was about halfway through when I was tapped on the shoulder.

I turned to greet my two prank buddies.

"Hey guys, what's up?" I greeted them.

"We have a few more pranks that we've thought of and we were wondering if you wanted to help." said George.

"Sure!"

"Great," said Fred. "We were thinking you could use your newfound gift to cause some mayhem. Oh, and you're hair has changed colour like three times since we started talking to you."

"It has? Oh no, I still can't control it properly. Weird isn't it before I found out my appearance wouldn't change at all, and then I find out and bam, I can't stop my appearance from changing."

"Let's hope you can control it enough during our prank. Now, we just want to make sure, can you change your appearance completely so that you look like someone else?"

"Oh, yeah I can do that. So, who am I going to make look like an idiot?"

"Snape."

Several minutes later I sat with Fred in an empty class room waiting for George to return.

We were in a companionable silence, I had already told him all the things I was going to do as Snape.

The door eased open and George slipped in.

"We're all set, he's in his office."

I stood up and changed instantly to look like Snape. Fred flicked his wand and my robes transfigured to look like Snape's billowing, black ones.

"I'll meet you guys back here in, umm, how about an hour."

"Ok, sounds great."

I awkwardly shuffled over to the door trying to walk like Snape, but I decided it didn't matter he, I, was going to look weird enough anyway that walking like him wouldn't make much of a difference. I walked out cheerily and headed out into the grounds where most of the students seemed to be.

I decided it was time to begin.

I skipped over to Malfoy and his cronies, humming random tunes.

"Hello Draco, wonderful day isn't it?" I said in Snape's voice, even keeping his sneer making, me come off as quite peculiar.

"Urm, I guess Sir. Are you all right."

"Of course I'm all right, never felt better."

Then with a slight shudder of disgust I reached out and gave Malfoy a hug.

By this time a few nearby groups of students were watching and calling out to others nearby to watch.

Malfoy was stiff as a board as I released him.

"I've got to go, bye Draco."

I skipped off again and saw Harry, Ron and Hermione. They would never know what hit them. I hadn't told them about my Metamorphmagus abilities yet.
