Chapter Twenty: Taking Posters Down Is a Workout

-Recap-

How are you gonna tell the lads?

-End Of Recap-

I bit my lip as I read her text.

Me: I really dunno...

Christy: You're screwed.

Me: Yerp. Pretty much.

Christy: You better hope the paps don't find out.

Me: Ugh that'd be badd

Christy: Mhmm

  "Hey Zyla!"

I looked up to see Harry walking towards me. "Yes Curly?" I asked locking my phone. "Simon just called. He wants to record Gold tomorrow alright?" I shrugged, "Kkkkkkkk."

"Also," he stopped in front of me. "We were gonna go back to your old apartment if there's anything you needed to get from there . . . " I looked away from him, "When?"

"Erm, today." I nodded, "Ok sounds good."

*Later*

"We had just reached the apartment building and now heading inside. I walked up to the front desk and rang the bell.

Someone came out of a room while saying, "Hi there! How can I-Zyla?" I looked up to see Laura one of the employees here. I smiled, "Hi Laura." She just stared, "Wh-What are you doing here? Didn't you like move in with-" She looked up and seem to just noticed One Direction standing there.

She gave a half squeal-like she was dying on the inside. I shook my head slightly at her. "We need to get into my apartment," I said. "It hasn't been . . . ?" Laura shook her head. "No it's still open, I'll get you the key." She turned around and searched thru a door then pulled a sliver key out.

"Here you go," she said handing me the key. I smiled, "Thanks."

  "Zyla."

  I looked back at her.

"Jace keeps coming around here looking for you."

I felt my heart beat race. Just hearing his name gave me the shivers.

  "Uh . . . th-thanks L-Laura," I said nodding, ''for telling me."

She smiled as well, "No problem. I'm sorry about your mum." I tried to smiled but it cam out as more of a grimace. Then I turned and headed toward the elevator.

"What was that about?" asked Louis.

"Nothing," I replied sharply. "It was nothing."  He put his hands up in defense, "Ok ok." I sighed as the elevator opened and we stepped out.

I hadn't been in my old apartment since me and Mum were here. I pushed the door open and stepped in.

I couldn't help but smile slightly. It felt nice to be back here.

I walked into the kitchen glancing around. I suppose Mum had some stuff cleared out because a lot of dishes were missing.

I ran my hand through my hair. "I'm gonna go get some of the stuff out of my room," I said hurrying towards my bedroom.

(The pictures (on the side and the external link) aren't realistically what her bedroom looks like. It just gives you an idea of how many posters)

My walls were covered in posters. Almost literally. There was probably about ten Batman posters, like five Iron Man ones, one The Wanted posters,  fiveish Little Mix posters, Pirates of the Carribean ones, and tons of Harry Potter, Star Wars, and a few Supernatural ones.

"Geez . . . " muttered Harry from behind me. I grinned as I faced him. "Yeah. Christy helped me with this." I looked down blinking rapidly. "I'm just gonna get my posters."

The boys walked off as I began pulling the tacs off my posters. It would take a while considering there were probably about fiftyish posters in my room-maybe more. I don't even know.

I slowly started rolling up my Batman posters that I had just gotten down then putting them carefully in the plastic bag I had.

"You need any help?" asked Louis walking up behind me.

I turned around, "Uh . . . yeah. Could you get the posters over by my desk?" I inhaled. Taking posters down is a workout.

  Just saying.

  Imagine this:

"Wanna lose weight? Don't wanna go to the gym? Well here's an easy solution! Try the new 'Take Posters Down Workout!'

"So what you're going to do is hang up all the posters and then take them down again! You'll be sweating by the end!"

"All's you've gotta do is buy the tacs and posters from us (a total of twelve posters-wouldn't wanna overwhelm you!) for just seven small payments of $15. 95! Shipping is free! If you wanna call us that's free too!"

OTHER: *In really fast voice* "These payments may or may not be a rip off"

"Wait whaaat? Who said that? Psh wasn't me."

And that is how my imagination works.

  It's overly active ok?

***

I had just finished getting all of my posters down.

Well almost all, I had one more poster-a 'No Twilight Allowed' poster-hanging on my ceiling; and the only way to reach was o get on top of my rickety old desk.

Carefully and slowly I got on top of my desk keeping my balance just barely considering I'm very clumsy.

I had gotten three of the four tacs out. The fourth one is being stubborn. Finally I jerked on it hard and stumbled backwards.

I let out a small shreik as I fell backwards off the desk squeezing my eyes shut.

I felt arms wrap around me stopping me just before I hit the ground.

I could feel someone breathing above me slowly and calmly.

  I opened my eyes.

  "Jace?"
