The pounding in my head was what woke me up. A strong throbbing. I moved my hand to the problem area and applied some light pressure, groaning softly at the pain. I didn't realise how much I had to drink, well really, I couldn't remember anything after agreeing to body shots, and I hope to god I didn't go through with it. I felt sticky, hot, and gross. I needed a shower, asap. It was only when I started to examine my body internally, that I noticed how different the bed felt. Maybe I'm in Kohl's bed. Hopefully we got home safely. The pounding continued as I turned onto my side, eyes still closed, trying to savour what sleepiness I had left. I felt a light breeze on my face, a timed breeze, maybe my window was open. I opened my eyes finally, wiping the sleep out of them both and blinking until the blurriness was gone. The air left my lungs.
No.
Holy shit.
Oh my god.
What the fuck had I done.
I tried to hold in the gasp as much as I could, but the noise had escaped past my hand covering my mouth, and Noah began to stir. With eyes wide, I continued to stare at Noah, hoping he wouldn't wake up, but ever so slightly, he open one eyed and smiled.
"Good morning princess."
I continued to stare at Noah. His words processing through my head over and over. Princess? What? The last time I saw this man I was throwing him out.
"I'm sorry?" He looked at my bewildered face before a hurtful expression crossed his features, which was then replaced with irritation.
"Nothing, I'm assuming you remember nothing from last night? That's fine, you were just leaving right? You know where the front door is." He didn't wait for a response as he exited his room to enter his joint bathroom, slamming the door in the process.
I crept towards the door, listening to the swearing and the glass shattering.
"We didn't, uh, you know.." I trailed off, I only whispered but I knew he would hear me.
"No Katherine, we didn't fuck." He swung the door open, revealing my crouched state and cocked head.
"Now like I said, you were just going right?" He gives me a seething look before slamming the door once again. I grab my discarded shoes, only noticing now that I was in his shirt and not my dress, which I couldn't find, and ran out his bedroom door. It was still the early hours of the morning, I could hear the faint sounds of breathing from the pack members, but that was all. I felt sad to leave. Noah's presence had been comforting, while he was asleep anyway. Reaching the front door, I gently turned the handle, and run out as fast as I can, without slamming the door.
The cold, brisk air was an assault to my naked legs. I shoved on my shoes and made my way towards home, having to consult my phone many times in order to see I was going in the right direction. Around 45 minutes later, I arrived home, sweating, exhausted, but home. By this time, it had hit 8:30am, and my brothers where still in bed, sound asleep, which is weird because it makes me wonder why they didn't bring me home with them for fuck sake. I tore off the shoes I was wearing, throwing them in the living room, and trudged upstairs into my room. I changed in to comfy clothes jumped in to my bed, snuggling under the covers.
After waking up many hours later, realising I had accidentally fallen asleep, again, I made my way downstairs, staying in my pj's. It had hit 4 in the afternoon, and I was starving. Rummaging through my fridge, I found some left over pizza. I pulled it out, only to turn around and find two very pissed of brothers.
"What's up guys? What's hangin'?" My feeble attempts to dissipate their anger failed miserably, as they kept their stance of crossed arms and flared nostrils
