After putting on one of the dresses I had found. I needed to re-evaluate myself, as I was pretty sure I was losing the plot. Thinking back to the moment in the bathtub, I couldn't believe myself, he saw me naked! And to make matters worse, the amount of crying I did was just completely unreasonable. It's like the day before you have your period and your emotions are heightened, the slightest things make you upset, and then you realise the following day that you knew you weren't usually so weak. Except, this time, there was no period, just sleep for two days. I could pretend it was the same right? Shaking my head at myself, I yawned, rubbing my eyes, followed my some stretching and walked out the door.

Of course Noah was nowhere to be found when I left the room. Looking left and right down the lengthy hallway, I made the decision to start walking towards the right, silently hoping that I wouldn't get lost. I feel like I had been walking for 10 minutes, and there was still no sight of any stairs or a kitchen. Stopping for a second, I took another decent look around the hallway. All of the doors looked the same, almost uniform, with numbers placed in the centre. It was odd. I was brought out of my reverie when I felt the intrusion of somebodies hands on my shoulders, yelling out in fright.

"Relax Katherine, it's just me." I turned around to face him, not planning to kick up a fuss about his absence, until I saw the look on his face. It was smug, like that of someone who loves to toy with people.

"Where did you go!? You know I don't know where I'm going around here, why would you leave?" It sounded like I was almost whining as I finished my sentence, and that straightened him out. He brushed his hand across my cheek. Scanning my face.

"I'm sorry, I had to go and sort something out quickly, I didn't think you would have wondered off." We connected eyes and something felt off. The sparks that I had felt the other day had disappeared.

"Cole!" I turned away from Noah's eyes to look behind him, only to find.. Noah?

I looked back at the man who was standing in front of me, worry rising in my throat as his smile turned sinister. He dropped his hand and kissed my cheek before moving around me. That's when I heard Noah growling, almost running towards me now, his eyes pitch black. He reached me in no time, grabbing my chin roughly.

"What happened?" His eyes were blazing, his voice just a whisper.

"I didn't see you when I left the room, I wondered around for a bit and then you found me, well that person who looked like you and then you found me. Is that your brother or something?"

"If you ever find yourself alone with him, you find me, got it?" He was avoiding my question with his own and it frustrated me.

"Who is he Noah?" He took a deep breathe and exhaled.

"He is my brother yes, identical, I was born 5 minutes before he was, but I'm warning you now, he's not someone you want to be friends with." His voice was stern like he was trying to explain everything to a child.

"Okay Noah."

We stared at each other for a few seconds before he broke away his gaze, and began to guide me forward with his hand on my lower back, towards the kitchen. My stomach began to make noises and I felt the blood rush to my cheeks, but tried my best to ignore it.

Reaching the kitchen, I realised I had began to build up an expectation in my head of it being huge, when in actual fact, is was quant and suited the house well. I took a seat on one of the chairs next to the kitchen island and rested my head in my hands, yawning as I did so.

"Is there anything you want in particular?" I jumped at the proximity of his voice, looking up from my hands to answer.

"Something quick, easy I guess." Noah nodded his head slightly, moving from the kitchen bench and pulling out some things from the fridge before setting them down on the kitchen island.

I watched him in silence as he started to cook. It gave me time to admire his shirtless back, showing some of the many tattoos that he had, which made me think about how they were actually possible, the healing process for werewolves was insane, almost instant, so you think they would have healed like having an abrasion. He turned around as I continued to look at his body, now admiring his front as he slid a plate towards me.

"Eat." I moved my point of focus to his eyes, and I could tell he wasn't happy.

"What's wrong?" He sighed, coming to sit in one of the chairs next to me.

"It's nothing, please, just eat." he ran his hands over his face as I moved the plate towards me, grabbing the fork and began to eat.

I was surprised at how well he could cook, considering the best thing I could probably make was spaghetti. I hadn't realised just how hungry I was until I finished the plate of food in 10 seconds.

I still felt so tired after having slept for 2 days, the food making me feel warm and ready for another nap, so I rested my head on Noah's shoulder, closing my eyes, enjoying the calming feeling he gave me. He brought his arm around my shoulders pulling me close to him, kissing my forehead.

"Are you ready to go back to sleep?" I could hear how tired Noah was as well, I wonder how much he slept whilst I did.

I sighed a yes, getting up from the seat and walking towards the direction we came, Noah following close behind me, seemingly distracted. I slowed down a fraction, letting him catch up to me as I began to realise that I still didn't know where to go, and grabbed on to his arm, resting my head on his bicep.

"What's wrong?" He exhaled though his nose noisily.

"I can't help but think about the next time you go in to heat, if you'll even wake up next time." His words were strained.

"Well, when will that be?"

"I don't know, there isn't a specific time period, it could happen tomorrow for all I know." I could see the worry etched in his face as I gazed up at him, not knowing what to say.

"We'll figure it out, don't worry." I ran my other hand down the arm I was holding, grabbing a hold of his wrist.

"We'll see."
