I made my way to lock up to see Murphy. Again. They moved him into a room with Bellamy. Dumb idea. "Again?" The guard asked me as I stood outside the doors. I raised an eyebrow and stood, waiting for them to move. He sighed and let me in. Murphy was sitting in a ball on one side of the room, Bellamy on the other. "Hey." I said. Murphy looked up and smirked at me. Bellamy looked around. "Hows Raven?" Bellamy asked. I sat down at Murphy's side. "She's going to have surgery today. Soon, actually." I explained. Bellamy nodded, looking down again. I turned to Murphy, pushing his hair back. "Are you okay?" I asked, my fingers trailing on of the cuts along his face. He smiled and nodded. "I just miss you." He said quietly. I kissed him and got up. The guards would be in soon any ways. I had to go see Raven too. "I'll see you later." I promised, kissing him again. I left quietly. My life was quiet and boring without Murphy around me. I made my way out of the Ark and to the Medical tent. Inside, Jackson and Finn were moving Raven. "Is it time?" I asked Abby. She looked over at me and nodded. "You should go... we've got this." Abby said. She looked nervous. "Everything will be fine." I said. She nodded quickly. Jackson laid Raven on her stomach. Now I should go. I turned and left. Maybe I could go find my father, or Sterling.

I sat with Sterling, watching people work. No one wanted criminals helping them. So our crimes were petty ones but no one wanted the help of the girlfriend of a murderer. That's what they called Murphy. That's what they called me.
I had offered to help a passing woman just earlier and she looked at me with an offended look. "No one needs your help. Or wants it." She had told me rudely. I backed up, shocked. "Hey! That's unnecessary. Apologize." Jackson said. I didn't even hear him walk by. "I will not! Shes with that murderer! She justified his crimes as defense! Lies!" She yelled, making a scene. I backed away more, backing into Jackson. "That's enough!" Captain Miller shouted. People broke away from the group quickly. Jackson pulled me close and walked me away to my tent. Inside, I cried. I hated to cry. "I'm so sorry." Jackson said. This morning sucked. Murphy got arrested, some crazy lady screamed at me. "I won't let them do that to me! I love him! They can't stop that!" I said, wiping my tears away. Jackson smiled slightly. "Now that sounds more like you." He laughed.

Now Sterling and I just sat on the ground near the fence that was being built. I tossed stones around. "I miss the drop ship." Sterling said randomly. I heard a loud scream pierce the air. Raven. With no anesthesia she would feel everything. I sighed. "So do I. I miss how everything used to be." I agreed. It was true. I did miss when we were the ones in charge. We made our own decisions, fought for ourselves. Now we were treated like trash. Bellamy was right after all. I could see others trying to block out Raven's pained screams. "Just another day on the ground." I mumbled. At least when we first came down here we were all the same. Just a bunch of delinquent kids that no one wanted. Now we were all separated. The rest of us were gone. Taken by grounders. Even Octavia was missing. Bellamy had told us he let her leave with Lincoln. I just hoped they made it to safety. I could hear Raven crying loudly. It broke my heart to hear her going through so much pain. Pain, something we didn't deserve. I got up and headed towards the fence. I wanted to get away from here, head back to our drop ship. Major Byrne stopped me. "Where do you think your going?" She asked me, raising her eyebrows. "I just want to go out." I said, crossing my arms. "Not going to happen. I have strict orders that no one goes out." She told me. Then from the direction of the trees we heard a loud scream. Kane and the guards came running towards the gate with guns. "What was that?" Byrne asked. No one knew. Kane and the guards went out the gate. I made my way towards the now open gate. "Hey! You are not going out!" Byrne said, grabbing my arm. I pulled away and ran. "Stop her!" Byrne yelled. I dodged the guard near the gate and jumped out. I caught up to Kane and the guards. Captain Miller stopped me. "Go back to the camp." He said sternly. Kane stopped and looked at me. "Please let me come with you." I begged. Kane nodded to one of the guards to take me back. "Kane please! I know how these grounders act! I can help you!" I yelled. "Stop. Okay, but stay with us." Kane agreed. I stayed with them easily as we ran to the trees. "Keep an eyes out. They can get you from the trees too. We lost John Mbege that way." I warned them. Several guards looked up nervously. We followed the sound of groaning. In a small clearing we found them. 3 of our own guards. They were pinned up, impaled with spears against a rock. "Campbell's alive. Cut him down." Kane urged. I moved to Kane's side as the guards moved to help the others down. "This is a warning Kane. We are on their lands." I explained. Kane looked down at me. "You seem to know a lot about these people." Kane commented. "You start to learn about them when they spear, kill and torture your friends." I mumbled. Two of the guards they pulled down were already dead. The other was near death. I doubted even Abby could help. "Are they all like this? The grounders?" Kane asked. I shook my head. "The only one I know who hasn't tried to kill us is Lincoln. I think its all because of Octavia though." I said, a small smirk on my face. "Octavia Blake?" Kane asked. I nodded. We made our way back to camp. 2 dead and one near death guards with us now. Kane called to Abby as soon as we reached the gates.

Raven's surgery was over. She made it. Abby had done all she could. I watched as Kane went in to speak with Abby. I wanted to see Raven but I knew Abby would make me wait. I saw Finn walk out, pushing his hair back. His eyes looked tired and he just looked uneasy over all. "Finn." I said, coming to his side. "Oh hey." He said. "Finn, maybe you should go get some sleep. Ill watch over Raven its fine-" I urged him. "Im fine. I don't need sleep. I just need some time to think." Finn interrupted me. I raised an eyebrow at him as he walked off, shaking his head.

That night I was stopped on my way to my tent. Monroe and Sterling walked past whispering. "Everything okay?" I asked. They both looked alarmed. Monroe pointed to the Ark and motioned for me to follow. I looked around and followed them. We met just outside where Bellamy and Murphy were being held. Finn stood outside with his arms crossed. "Whats going on?" I asked quietly. "We are breaking Bellamy out. We are going to find our friends." Finn told me. "I'm in." I said immediately. "No your not. You have to stay behind. With Raven." Finn told me. I wanted to argue but Sterling stepped in. "Hey, if they come back before us, they need you here." He suggested. I nodded. Finn darted into the room, surprising Bellamy and Murphy. "Get up. We're going after them." Finn told Bellamy. "Its about time." Bellamy responded. "Wait, wait. What about me?" Murphy asked. I shook my head. "No John!" I argued. Finn moved to Murphy. "Wait, no! What are you doing?" Bellamy asked. Finn cut Murphy free. "He's coming with us." Finn said. My mouth dropped open. "No way." Bellamy said, shocked and annoyed. Murphy looked at me, excitement in his eyes. "He's been to the grounder prison camp." Finn explained. That brought back harsh memories. "He's right. Okay. I can bring you there." Murphy added. Bellamy glared. "Hey. Sterling just signaled." Monroe said, popping her head in the room. I went with them as they rushed out, pulling Murphy along. We stopped just outside the fence. "Wait." I said. I grabbed Murphy and pulled him to me. He kissed me hard. "Ill be back. Don't worry." Murphy promised me. I smiled at him as Bellamy pulled him back. I pulled Sterling and Monroe into a hug. "Be careful." I told them. Bellamy nodded at me, knowing I would say the same to him. Finn was already out of the fence. The others went one by one after him. Bellamy was last. "Hey. Watch Finn. Please. He's not thinking straight." I asked Bellamy quietly. "I know." He simply said, leaving.
