Bad Influence

2000:

I had been wating for this all summer. Louis were going to let me hang all day with him and his friends. Yes I know, why would I want to hang out with my big brother? Well his best friend Liam is very cute and I might have a tiny crush on him, two I don't know that many people in Doncaster. I was really happy when Louis told me I could join them today. 

"Hey honey. Did you sleep well?" Mum asked as I came downstairs. "No, I had that nightmare agian." I told her. She looked at me for a second. "I thought you were going in theraphy for that." Mum said. "I do, but it's not helping at all. They are just getting worse. I have them almost every night." I told her as I heard footsteps behind me. "Good morning Louis." Mum said. I turned around to see the worried look of my older brother. "Why isn't it helping?" He asked. "I don't know. They don't know why I get them." I told him. He just shook his head and gave mum a look. "Alright. Let's talk about something else. Wat are you two up to today?" Mum asked as Lottie came running to her. "We are going out. Angelica is coming with us as well." Louis said and gave me quick smile. "To play with you, Brad and Liam?" Mum asked and I nodded. "Well alright. But dinner is at four, and be nice!" Mum said. "Yes, can we go now? We have a lot to do today." Louis said and mum just laughed before she nodded. 

"Am I going to see your secret place today?" I asked as we walked down the road to Brads house. "No. We are not going to show you. No girls rule." Louis said. "That is so unfair!" I told him as we stopped infront of a blue house. Instead of using the door as every other normal person would do Louis used the window. He came back about five minutes later with Brad. "Hi Brad." I said and gave him a quck hug. "Alright were is Liam?" Brad asked. "He was supposed to meet us here." Louis said. As the words came out of his mouth Liam came running into the garden. "Sorry I'm late. Mum made me eat a lot before I left." Liam explained. "It's fine. We just came here." I told him and gave him a hug. "Alright boys, let's give Angelica a day in our lifes." Louis said. "I got one question. What on earth are we doing?" I asked them. Louis and Brad looked at eachother before they laughed. "You'll see." Brad said with a smile before he and Louis started to walk. Me and Liam was a little behind them. "Are they always like this?" I asked him. Liam nodded. "Most of the time. They have gotten into so much trouble. Louis almost got expelled last year." Liam told me. "Typical." I said and Liam laughed. "Your name is so long." Liam said and met my eyes. "How come?" I asked. "Angelica. It's like calling Brad Bradly." Liam said and I laughed. "Fine, find me a nickname then." I said. We didn't talk until we caught up with Louis and Brad. "You guys are so slow." Louis said. I just rolled my eyes and looked around me.

The place we had walked to was the playground. "Why are we here?" I asked. "Because we are going to play pranks on the kids who come here. Me and Louis said that this place was haunted." Brad told me. "That is just mean!" I said and they laughed. "You sound like Liam." Louis said. Liam looked up and gave me smile. "I know it!" He told me. "You know what?" Brad asked. "What to call Angelica. Because that name is so long. So we'll just call her Angel!" Liam said and looked pretty proud of himself. "Why didn't I think of that?!" Louis said. "Well, Angel it is." Louis then said after one minute thinking about it. 

When we got home Liam and Brad were with us. They were going to stay the night, and I was going to join them. We were going to sleep in our livingroom. "Ok boys and girl. Time for bed!" Mum said as we finished playing a game. "Do we have to go to bed mum?" Louis asked. She nodded. "Yes you do." She said and we all go up. "Let's tell ghost stories!" Louis said after we alle were in our "beds". "Fine by me. Anyone know a good one?" Brad asked. "I do!" Louis said and smiled. "Once upon a time in a tiny village lived a boy named Tom. Tom loved to play outside with his friends. Then one day one of Toms friends didn't show up to their playdate, and Tom got angry. He took a scissor out of his dads drawer and went to his friends house. He found his friend playing in the garden with a girl. He got so mad that he stabbed his friend and the new girl until they both were dead. And then he killed the boys entire family. His parents found out and put him in a mental hospital. No one ever saw him. But according to people in his village, he will return to kill another family." Louis said and smiled. "Boring!" Brad said and laughed. "Angel scared!" Louis said after looking at my face. "No I did not." I said and looked away. My eyes met Liams and he gave me a smile. "It's ok, I was afriad too." He told me. "Time to sleep." Mum yelled at us from upstairs. 

I woke up by someone shaking me. As I opened my eyes I realized it was Liam. "What is it?" I asked. He looked worried. "You were screaming and turning in your sleep. Bad dream?" He asked me. I nodded. "I have nightmares all the time. Mum and dad are doing all the can, but I'm not getting better." I told him as tears started to fall. Liam sat down at the floor with me and gave me a hug. "It's ok. I'm here." He told me. "Thank you." I said as I slowly fell asleep.

Very short I know, but the next part is going to be set in 2008.

I'll write that one a little bit longer.
