Bad Influence

1999:

"Hey Angelica wake up!" Louis shouted and threw a pillow on me. "Louis! What are you doing? I was sleeping!" I yelled and looked at him. "Mum says it's breakfast. And the clock is almost ten. So get up! Oh and Liam and Brad are coming over today. So stay away from my room and the livingroom. We are going to play there." Louis said before he got out. "As if I wanted to play with you guys anyway!" I yelled after him. He can be so annoying. "Angelica come on!!" Louis yelled. "I'll be down in a minute!" I yelled back. 

"Good morning sunshine." Mum greeted me as I came into the kitchen. "Morning mum." I said and sat down next to Mark. He was busy feeding Lottie some food. "Slept well?" Mum asked as she gave me some toast. "Yes, but can someone else than Louis wake me up next time? He is not nice." I said. "I was nice at first, but you just didn't want to wake up!" Louis defended himself. "Don't fight you two." Mark said and looked at both of us. "She started it." Louis said and stuck his tounge out. "The point is not who starts it, it is who stops it." Mark said. I didn't answer I just ate my toast. 

Louis was in the shower when the doorbell rang. "I'll open it mum!" I said and went to open it. "Hey." I said and stepped aside to let Liam and Brad in. "Louis is in the shower but he'll be downstairs in a minute." I said and ave them a smile. "Okay. This is Brad by the way. Brad this is Angelica." Liam said. I smiled at Brad. "Hi." I said. "Nice to meet you." Brad said. "You can just go into the livingroom. I'll tell Louis you're here." I said and let them pass me. "Thank you." Liam said and gave me a quick smile before he and Brad left. I quickly ran up the stairs and knocked on the bathroomdoor. "Hey Louis! Brad and Liam is here. They're in the livingroom. Hurry up!" I said. "I'll be down in a minute!" Louis yelled back. I turned around and my eyes met a pair of brown ones. "Oh, hi Liam." I said. "Hey. Is Louis coming or?" he asked. "He'll be down in a minute." I said. Liam nodded. "You can just go down and wait you know?" I said. Liam smiled. "Yeah I know. But I thought I might as well check up on Louis. He is quite slow." Liam explained. I laughed. "I know. It's a nightmare to live with him. And I'm only here for the summer." I said. "Yeah I know. Why?" He asked. "Mum and dad got a divorce when I was about two. And dad wanted to go back to France, so I went with him. Because I've always liked to live with my dad, more than my mum. But I'm here every summer. And I'll be here this christmas." I said. "Oh. Do you miss them when you're in France?" Liam asked. "I miss them a lot, but I know if I live with mum, I'll miss dad too much." I said. "Angelica! Can you help me with something?" Mum yelled from downstairs.  "I'm coming!" I yelled back before stepping past Liam. "Just tell Louis to hurry."  I told him before I ran downstairs.

Helping out mum with Lottie was my summer so far. Louis was busy going out with Brad and Liam. They were going to their secret no girl place or pranking our neighbors (they got in trouble for the last part). And I was left out. It's ok, but I had missed my brother a lot, and he was never home. And when he was I was never welcome to play with them. "You ok Angelica?" Mum asked. "Yes, I was just thinking. What can I do to help?" I asked her. She smiled. "Can you play with her for five minutes? I have to call Mark." Mum said. I nodded. "Sure, I don't have anythng else to do." I said and sat down next to Lottie. "What do you want to do Lottie?" I asked ang gave her a smile. She looked back up at me. "Oh right, you can't talk yet." I laughed.  After five minutes of playing "peekabo" with Lottie, mum came back. "Mark will be home late today, so I'll be starting to make dinner now." Mum told me. I nodded. "Need any help?" I asked. "Maybe you could watch Lottie while I make dinner?" She said. "Sure." I aid and looked over at Lottie.

"Go tell your brother, Brad and Liam that it's dinner." Mum told me. I got up and almost ran to the door. "Louis!" I yelled. "What?!" It came from the livingroom. I turned around and went into the livingroom. Liam was sitting on top of Brad hodling a controller, while Louis was trying to push Liam of Brad. Brad just looked at me ang gave me a smile. "Why is Liam on top of Brad?" I asked. "Brad won over Liam. So he got a little bit mad at him." Louis explained. "He cheated!" Liam said. "I did not! You wouldn't know if I was cheating!" Brad defended himself. I couldn't help put laugh. The boys stopped an looked at me. "I'm sorry, it's just funny." I said and tried my best to hold in my laughter. "What do you want?" Louis asked. "Right, mum told me to get you. It's dinner." I said. This must have been a magic word or something, because next thing you know Liam was off Brad and helping him up. "First one to the kitchen gets to pick the next game." Louis shouted before he started to run. Liam and Brad looked at eachother for a split second before they both started running after him. When I came in Louis and Brad both looked at Liam. "Did you win?" I asked him and Liam nodded. "Of course Liam wins. He is a good runner. And he is really fast. Next Sonic fast." Louis said. Liam blushed and looked down. "Alright you guys. Settle down. I made pizza." Mum said. The boys almost jumped into their chairs. "You guys are weird." I said before I sat down. 

"This was so good Johanna." Liam said and looked at mum with a huge smile on his face. "Yeah, seriously, you make the best pizza in town!" Brad said. "It's really yummy." Louis aid with his mouth full of pizza. "Don't talk with food in your mouth Louis." Mum said befor she looked att he boys. "Thank you boys. Anyone wants more? There is a lot left." She said. "No thanks, I'm full." Liam said. "I can take one more slice." Brad said and smiled at my mum. I looked at Liam. He hadn't changed that much since last year. He had a new haircut since last time. He looked good. I'm not going to deny the fact that I mich have a little bit of a crush on Liam. But who wouldn't? He is cute, got nice eyes, he is so nice and he is really handsome."Hello?? Earth to Angelica?!" Louis voice took me out of my thoughts. "What?" I asked meeting his gaze. "What were ou thinking about?" Louis asked. "Nothing special." I said. "Liar." Louis said. "What?" I asked. "You didn't hear a word we said, so you must be thinking of something. Is it a boy? I bet it is one of those french guys." Louis said with a smile. I stuck my tounge out. "Mum! Angelica stuck her tounge out at me!" Louis said. "Angelica, that is not nice." Mum said and I looked down. "He was annoying me." I defended myself. "Then you show him you are the bigger person. Don't stick your tounge out. I've told you this a million times." Mum said before she took my plate.

"Can I play with you guys now?" I asked Louis as they were about to get up from the table. "No, sorry sister. But we are going to our no girl zone." Louis explained. "You never let me hang with you guys!" I complained. Louis laughed. "Yeah, I know. Make your own friends. You my little sister, I don't want you to hang around with me and my friends all the time." Louis said before he got up. "Come on guys." Louis said. Brad go up and followed Louis out the door. "I am sorry. I'll try to talk to them, but they don't listen since I'm younger. But it's worth a shot." Liam said and gave me a smile. "Thank you Liam!" I said ang smiled back. "I can't promise anything, but I'll try." He said before he went out. "Liam is a cute guy isn't he." Mum said an looked at me. "Yeah, I think so." I told her. She gave me a little smile. "Just you wait and see. When you get older maybe something will happen." She said. I laughed. "No, I don't think so. I live in France remember?" I said. "I know sweetie I know." Mum told me as she took the last plate off the table. 

Louis came home late. It was almost 7.00pm before he got home. I was sat at the table eating supper when he came in the door. "Mum is going to be so mad. You're home late." I said. Louis just looked at me an rolled his eyes. "Liam told us that maybe we should let you hang out with us. So you can. Tomorrow."  Louis said. I smiled and got up to give him a hug. "Thank you Louis! The summer is so boring just watching Lottie." I said as I huged him. Louis laughed and hugged me back. "This is a one time thing. But I thought since you will be leaving for France in three days, I might as well spend some time with my little sister." He said as I let go of him. "Louis William Tomlinson! Why are you home this late? Have you any idea what time it is?!" Mums said. Louis looked up then down really quick. Because when mums is mad, nobody can looke her in the eyes. "I know, but we lost track of time. I'm sorry." Louis said while looking down at his shoes. "Well then, no telly tonight. You eat the supper I made for you and then it's off to bed!" Mum said. "That's not fair mum! Angelica is going to bed at that time!" Louis protested. Mum just looked at him. "I'm going to bed at nine, like I always do!" Louis said and met her gaze. "No you won't. You were late home, breaking the rules. You'll eat then it's bedtime." Mum said and walked out of the room. "This is unfair!" Louis yelled after her. "I told you, you would get in trouble." I said and sat down at the table. "Shut up!" Was all Louis told me as he sat down beside me.
