Fia's POV

Matapos ng ilang araw ay umuwi rin kami sa Pinas ni Zehl. Mananatili muna raw roon sila Lhester at Zia ng ilang linggo pa. Kaya nakuntento na lang ako sa kakatititig sa pictures ng mga pamangkin ko. The boy name Lhester Aiz and the girl si Lhesli. The babies look so adorable, magkahawig ang dalawa kahit pa magkaiba sila ng kasarian.

"Ufi," pagtabi ni Zehl sa akin sa meeting room ng hidoutn min ng Shadows. NAgkumpulan kasi muna kami rito habagn wala pang misyon.

"Zehl, look at this. They will really make a fine family. My amazon sister, my playful bestfriend and look at this adorable set twin." Turo ko pa sa picture sa cellphone ko. Napatawa naman si Zehl.

"Inggit ka 'no?" Biglang kumento ni Blake. Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin, pero tumawa lang siya. It's quite true, because I love kids. Kaya naga ko nga inampon si Lulu e.

"Gumawa na rin kasi kayo ng baby ni Zehl, right baby?" Blake asked Patrice beside her.

"Yeah, mukhang atat na naman na kayo ni Zehl magkaanak e." Tinaasan ko kaagd ng kilay si Patrice.

"Shut it, Pat. Bakit kayo ba? Kayo na muna gumawa ng baby ng Baby mo." I teased, but she didn't budge.

"Well, Fia. Wala pa naman kaming balak magkababy ni Blake. But soon, pero mauna na talaga kayo. Mukhang gusto ninyo talaga ng baby e. Hahaha!"

"Tss. Kung pwede lang e," hindi ko mapigilang bulong, pero narinig pala ako ni Zehl.

"Soon, Ufi. After a wedding though," with that I blushed and looked away.

"Tss. No one is pressuring you, idiot." Saad ko a tumayo sa kinauupuan ko. Pero nagulat kaming lahat nang magbukas ang pinto. Saka pumasok ang taong matagal na naming inaantay.

"Renz," I called for him. Kaya naman nginitian ako ng mokong, pero hindi pala siya mag-isa. May kasama siya, may kasama siyang babae.

Napaayos kami ng pwesto lahat nang pumwesto na sa unahan si Renz, samantalang pinaupo niya naman sa living room muna ng hideout and babae. The girl has a short hair, tall figure and fair skin, her eyes we're familiar though. She also had pouty lips, that way she seemed like someone I know.

"Gusto ko muna magpasalamat sa inyo, lalo na kay Fia. Salamat kasi naayos ninyo 'yong kasong iniwan ko. " Renz thanked me and smiled. But I just rolled my eyes, as if I'll be joyful. After all the burden that he left me. Tss

"By the way, the smuggling case is not ours anymore. After investigating the diplomats, they were all acquitted. Pasikretong pinagpapalit lang ang mga diplomat bags na dala nila, napatunayan naman iyon nang makuha ang totong mga laman ng diplomat bag sa ibang baggage. Kaya naman gamit ng mga ebidensyang iyon ay ibinigay na sa prosectution office ang pag-iimbesitiga ng kaso sa drug smuggling at NBI heads."

"Pero hindi ba't hindi lang ang NBI heads ang may hawak sa drug smuggling. We are certain that someone big is backing them." I stated, that's why Renz nodded.

"Yes we are sure of that, but the investigation isn't moving and we have no evidence yet. That's why we need to cut off the NBI heads first, so we can track who's in the top." Paliwanag ni Renz. Kaya naman natahimik na ako. He already thought of this. He's fcking good, I must say.

"For now, we'll receive other missions. Pero dahil masyadong malaki ang hinawakan nating kaso ay humingi ako ng bakasyon para sa lahat ng Shadows. Okay na bang kapalit 'yon sa biglang pagkawala ko?"

He smiled as he announces the good news and handed us the notice of a week vacation.

"Thanks, boss!" Sabay sabay na sabi nila. Well, well, not bad for a jerk like him. Tss.

"And Fia," he called me when we all stood up to leave.

"What?"

"Can I talk to you?" Napataas man ang kilay ko ay napangisi ako sa sinabi niya. Finally, we can talk.

"Where?" I asked walking out the door. Sumunod naman siya, kaya tumayo na ang babaeng kasama niya para lapitan siya.

"In my house," he answered and pulled the girl with him. Tss. In his house, huh?

Dinala rin ni Renz ang babae sa bahay namin, ang nakakainis pa ay isinama niya sa private office niya ang babae kung saan kami mag-uusap.

"Is her presence needed here?" I asked sitting on the visitor's chair across he girl. Napabuntong hininga naman si Renz at napatitig sa akin mula sa kinauupuan niyang swivel chair.

"She wants to hear our conversation. Because she's the one who will be reporting to Lolo Tezuka and my father."

Nangunot ang noo ko. "Lolo Tezuka? And your father? Iyong huklubang Santillan?"

Napatawa naman si Renz, pati na rin ang babeng kasma namin. "You're really funny, Fia. And no. Renz was referring to our father, Rikou Nurarhiyon."

The girl answer had me stunned. " You are his sister?"

She laughed on my dumbfounded question. "Yes, I am his little sister. Why? Are you perhaps jealous?"

Her teasing got me smiling.

"No, Miss---"

"I'm Chineth Nurarhiyon, please to meet you, my soon to be ex-sister in law." She handed me her hand, that's why I shake with her. I don't know what's her deal, but she better act straight.

"Hmm, I'll start now. I was about to give this to you when Chineth arrived. But she was one of diplomats, that's why she got involved in the case."

Nangunot ang noo ko nang abutan akong isang folder ni Renz. Pero 'di ko mapigilang magulat nang makita ang laman nito.

"Is this for real?" I asked. Ngumiti na naman siya.

"Yes, I already signed the annulment papers. Pinadala ni Lolo Tezuka 'yang bagong annulment papers, kasama ang katunayan ng records mo ng amnesia. He said you just have to sign this and he will take care of everything. Inutusan niya si Chineth para ihatid 'yan at siya na ring magbibigay niyan pabalik kay Lolo."

Napatayo tuloy ako at nilapitan si Renz para yakapin. "Thanks,"

Tinapik niya naman ang likod ko at saka bumitaw. "Sorry it took so long."

I laughed. "Stop being gloomy, old man. This time we're really out of each other's life. Thank you, Renz."

"Sign the papers now, "he ordered. Nagmamadaling pumirma naman ako, saka ko ibinigay kay Chineth ang papeles.

"Thanks, both of you. I'll be taking my leave now." I bid goodbye, but before I can go out I heard Renz say something.

"Be happy, Fia."

Because of that, I didn't know is why I can't bear to look back at him. It was as if I felt a pang of pain in my chest. Was it maybe because I was too happy or was it I am sad that I hurt him again? Tss. Damn it! Fck that old man for being so dramatic! Tss!
