Fia's POV

I have been watching Zia's kids for days now. And Renz is fulfilling his part of the bargain, that's why I didn't complain. Pero liban sa kaalaman nilang lahat ay gumagawa ako ng paraan para mahuli ang killer ni Zehl. Kaya nga lang, kapag gabi ay 'di ko talaga mapigilang mag-inom, kasi ayaw ko pa. Ayaw ko pang maging okay, kasi kahit tanggap ko nang wala na si Zehl at ang tanging magagawa ko lang ay ang bigyang hustisya ang pagkamatay niya ay 'di ko mapigilang ma-guilty.

Sa pagdaan ng mga araw, alam kong ginagawa ng mga tao sa paligid ko ang lahat para maging okay ako. At ang totoo ay umeepekto ito, pero ayaw kong kalimutan na lang ng gano'n si Zehl.

Kaya naman habang wala pa si Renz ay katawagan ko si Claude. He's with me on my private investigation about Zehl.

"Any progress for the week?" I asked and sat on the sofa watching TV.

"Since we've crossed out Zehl's enemy, I have come up with one person in the end. It was not just his enemy, My Lady. It was a man whom I think hold a grudge on you two." He paused for a second but proceeded anyway.

"Prince Zacharias Anthony Michaelis. He was pretty obsessed with you, My Lady. And I think he didn't just stop because you remembered. But still I will need to investigate further, because on NBI 's investigation, his name was crossed out too. Since the agents that Lolo Tezuka sent to guard him didn't see him move suspiciously."

I thought of Zach too, but I don't think he'll move. I also think Lolo is doing a great job on making him away from me.

"Any more, Claude?"

"There's one more person of I am suspicious of." Nangunot ang nook o sa seryoso ng boses ng kausap ko.

"Who?"

Huminga na muna ng malalim si Claude bago sumagot. "Lawrenz De Vera, you're husband,"

Nasa kalagitaan kami ng pagkain ni Renz nang ikinaway niya sa harap ng mukha ko ang kamay niya. "Is there a problem, Fia?"

His question got me wondering. Am really doubting Renz? Claude said it was just another suspicioun base on the motives. But I want to trust Renz, he's been honest to me since before. I think there's no fucking way that he was the one.

"Renz, I just want to ask."

"Go on," he said and proceeded eating.

"Will you kill for me?" Because of my question he choked and hurriedly drank a glass of water. Pero nanatiling seryosong nakatitig ako sa kanya na nasa tapat ko lang. Nagkasalubong ang kilay niya at sinamaan ako ng tingin.

"What are you talking about?"

"Just answer me, damn it! Will you kill for me?" Napatayo na tuloy siya dahil sa inulit kong pagtanong.

"I don't know what nonsense that has gotten to you, but I won't kill for you. If you're doing this because of you rage on Zehl's death, I won't let you! Ha! Hindi ko hahayaang pumatay ka at hindi ako papatay kung para kay Zehl. Kasi alam ng Diyos na hindi gugustuhin ni Zehl 'yon, magmumulto na si Zehl bago mo pa magawa ang balak mo!"

With that he left without finishing his meal. I didn't know what gotten in to me, but I unconsciously smiled. I felt relieved on what he said. Though we're in this kind of fight again, still I am thankful. I trust Renz. I trust his words. Alam kong hindi niya kayang pumatay kahit sino man, kasi maprinsipyo siyang tao. Hindi niya kayang kumitil. Though he's fucking arrogant when it comes to capturing criminals.

Ilanga raw na akong 'di pinapansin ni Renz, kaya naman napansin na rin ito nila Zia nang sabay kaming pumunta sa kanila para tignan ang mga bata

"Inaway mo na naman si Kuya, 'no?" Puna ni Zia habang nilalaro namin sa kwarto ang kambal. Inirapan ko naman siya. Kahit kalian talaga kay Renz siya kampi.
