The reef was beautifull today. The sun shone through the water making it glow perfectly. It's been a couple months since everything happend. We haven't found a way to reverse it but we learned to live with it. Jerome took diving classes and is now a certified diver. They always say you can't dive alone but he jokes he doesn't trust divers as much as he trusts me. Which I understand I can breath under water while other divers can also run out of air. Suddenly something black apeared next to me. I turned around and see Jerome waving at me. I smiled at him and waved back. I took his hand in mine and lead him to what I wanted to show him. He never saw the open see, I wanted to show it to hil before but we waited untill he could dive so nothing would happen. I swam foreward excitedly but tried not to go too fast. We soon swam out of the reef into the deep blue. I felt Jerome stop and turn around to see his eyes wide at the sight before him. I swam a bit foreward untill I was actually swimming in the ocean. I turn around to see him still looking at me wide eyed. I chuckled a bit swimming back to him and taking bith his hands in mine and leading him further. He held onto me tightly as he aswell swam over the edge into the ocean. I held his hand in mine as he looked around. A pretty big shark swam by a couple meter away and he wanted to move back but I held his hand and kept him where he was. He looked at me panicked and like I was crazy. I gave him a reassuring smile. I saw a whale swim by in the distance I pointed it put to Jerome and he followed my finger. I saw him smile a bit, the best to his abilities with the mounth piece. After looking around for a bit I checked his oxygen tank to make sure he had enough left. It was almost halfway to I decided to take him back to shore. I took his other hand in mine and turned him around before starting to swim. We arrived at the little boat we hired and swam up.

"That was amazing." He said as soon as we where above water.

"Told you." I smiled at him. He pulled himselve onto the boat and I pushed him a bit to help him. He took of his gear as I was hanging on the side of the boat. He sat next to me in swimshorts also leaning on the side.

"Thank you for showing me." He says pecking my lips.

"Your welcome." I smiled. He smiled back before moving to get the ancker back. It looked to be stuck.

"Little help?" He asked. I smiled diving down making sure to splash water on him. I followed the chain down. When I got there I saw it was indeed stuck. I moved it arround untill it came loose and swam up again. I leaned up against the boat only to see Jerome sitting right infront of me holding a box that was opend with a silver ring inside. He smiled as I looked shocked at him.

"Mitch will you marry me?" I smiled and pushed myselve up so I could kiss him.

"Yes! Yes, I'll marry you."
