TRINGGG!!!!!

The sound of my freedom finally rang.  After being what looked like hours of Kyle's irritating self, I could finally get out. I got my belongings and hurried outside, eager to go home. While I was fishing in my bag for my car keys, my stomach made this extremely humiliating dying whale sound.

'GRAOOHHH.'

"You hungry?"

I looked back to see Kyle looking at me. Oh, I bet he's gonna tease me until I finally die. My cheeks were cherry red now.

"Kinda," I finally decided to reply.

"Me too. Oh common. lets grab a bite, I know this place where you can get these killer burgers."

I nodded. Don't get me wrong, I dislike Kyle with all my guts but I love food. And burgers are one of my favorites, couldn't resist the offer.

We went to the ground together, got in our cars and as I started my car, something went wrong.

UGGHH. Its definitely not my day. Kyle came over and offered me a ride home. I smiled gratefully. Why was he suddenly being nice? Well, who am I to complain? This Kyle is definitely better than the annoying one. I sat in the passenger seat while Kyle got in the drivers.

I've gotta admit. Kyle's car was totally badass. It was a matte black Bugatti with jet black leather seats. This car is definitely future goals. While we were on our way to get snacks, Justin Bieber's sorry came on. And just so you know, I'm a huge JB fan so it was hard resisting myself not to sing along.

Suddenly, I heard a soft humming. I looked towards Kyle and he was singing the lyrics. It kinda made me happy and I sang along. So now two ridiculous singers were singing their asses out. It was fun and in no time we came to a small café by the beach side. It was cute and comfy.

We went inside to see only a few people were enjoying their meals. We went to the table near the window so we could enjoy the view.

A waiter came to take our orders. We ordered our meals and the waiter went to bring our drinks. I noticed Kyle staring at me.

"What?"

"Nothing," he replied, still staring.

"WHAT?" I asked again.

"It's just...."

"Just what? Common spit it out."

"It's just that...."

"That?" I asked encouraging him.

"Its just that you're, I mean, the view is beautiful," he admitted shyly.

"It sure is." I replied honestly.

The waiter arrived with our meals. We sat in silence devouring the food. Kyle was right, these burgers are killing. We were done, waiting for the waiter to arrive with the bill.

I was about to get my wallet out when Kyle said, "Its on me."

"Huh?" I replied still busy with my wallet.

"Keep that in. There is no way I'm letting you pay."

I insisted Kyle that I could pay for my own food, but he said to keep it for later. And there was now way, I could win this argument so I went with it.

Afterwards Kyle dropped me home. The ride home was fun. We talked about random things, favorite sports, song etc. I was surprised to see this version of Kyle, instead of his cocky self, this was much better. I thanked Kyle and bid him goodbye.

I was tired so I went straight to bed when I got a message. I grabbed my phone to check who messaged and surprisingly, it was from Kyle.

It read,

"Good night beautiful."

I don't know why, but it brought a smile on my face.
