Maddie's Point of View
I was on my way to my locker to grab my binder for Spanish. When I noticed a whole bunch of people were crowded around two stupid guys smack talking each other.

Once I got a bit closer I realized those weren't any guys, they were Diggie and Holden.

I really hope Diggie isn't doing what I think he's doing.

Suddenly I saw Diggie's fist swing back. I quickly ran threw the crowd of people and held Diggie's wrist back. "Diggie! What do you think you doing?"

"Teaching this little twat bag a lesson on how a real man treats a women!" Diggie yelled back with fury in his eyes.

Holden rolled his eyes. "I'm putting myself before anyone else. I have been trying my best to get Liv to date me for the past 5 months. But I have been the one being let down. How is that far to me?"

"SHE WAS DOING WHAT WAS RIGHT FOR HER FRIEND!" Diggie yelled.

"Chill babe..." I rubbed his back in an attempt to calm him down.

"Liv is the most empathic, sweet, and caring person you will ever meet! She was the one who got me and Maddie together. She risked her sistership with Maddie to make us both happy together." He paused to take a breath. "If you don't see how wonderful Liv is then you obviously don't deserve her." Diggie then stormed off as the bell rang.

"I'm out of here." Holden said as he raged out of the school.

I felt a tap on my shoulder. "What just happened her?"

I turned around to see Liv looking nervous. "I'm sorry Liv, your right." I looked down at my feet. "I should have never told Diggie what happened...."

"I used to think I still had a small chance with Holden, I believed there was still a spark. But now I know that it is officially over." Liv then walked to her next class.

Liv's Point of View
After forth period I hoped in a cab and drove over to Holden's house.

"Okay Liv, you can do this. I mean it's just Holden, the guy who used to eat paste. You know Hot and Hungry Holden. Wait no Hunky Hunky Holden! Urgh." I whispered to myself to prepare myself for what was to come beyond this door. I knocked on the door, and so began my panic attack.

"Oh hi Liv." Said Cindy Dippledorf, Holden's mom. "Holden locked himself in his room."

"Oh okay, can you tell him I stopped by?"

"Of course I can Liv."

"Thanks Cindy." I replied as she slowly began to close the door.

"Wait is that Liv at the door?" I could here Holden yell faintly from upstairs.

Cindy grabbed the door to stop it from closing fully. "Yes it is... Do you want me to send her up."

"Um..." Holden paused. "Yah."

"He uh, wants you upstairs..."

"Yah, I heard." I smirked. Cindy then guided me up to Holden's room.

She smiled. "Second door to your left."

"Thanks." I said as I started to approach his room.

This is more stressful than I thought it would be. But I need to talk to Holden. I know somewhere deep inside he still wants to be in a relationship with me... Well at least I hope he does.

"Hey Holden." I tucked a small strand of hair behind my ear.

He replied with a fake smile.

"So about today..." I trailed off.

"Yah about today.. Are you trying to make me feel even worse about this?"

"No... I never told Diggie to do that!" I tear rolled down my face.

"Sure you didn't. I love you Liv. Trust me I do. But I can't date you because you hurt me. A relationship with you would be unhealthy." Holden complained.

"I should have never came over." I started to walked down the stairs as I felt an hand wrap around my wrist. "Please let go of me." Tears began to roll down my cheek. "I don't want to embarrass myself anymore than I already have."

"Diggie's right." The statement that was said made my eyebrow raise. "I am a coward." He released my wrist from his grip.

"No you aren't. You are just a slight chicken." I laughed a bit as I wiped away some tears.

He began to rub the back of his neck. "So why did you come here?"

"To appologize."

"Other than that."

"... It's a bit embarrassing though..." I started to bit my finger nails.

"I think we both now by now that we are both geeks."

"True." I paused. "Okay promise you won't laugh?"

"I promise."

"I may have been hoping for us to have a movie night together.." I starred down at my toes. That might I say looked positively looked fabulous in these heals.

"Okay."

"Okay what?" I asked.

"Let's have a movie night." He smiled.

"Okay." I smiled back at him.

At they end of A Cinderella Story, my choice of movie not Holden's, Sam and Austin were kissing in the rain. So I mean I decided to make a move, since Holden clearly wasn't going to.

I reached for his hand and held it for a while. My hand touching his made his lips curl into an adorable smile. I then leaned in and kissed him on the cheek.

"Can we not do this. I'm not ready to be your boyfriend."

"Okay." I sat back up on my side of the couch. "I should go it's getting late."

"But it's only 6:30?" Holden looked confused.

I got up from the couch. "Yah, but the awkwardness I made is making it feel like it's eleven." I walked over to the door, before I left his room I turned around and said "Bye Holden."

"Bye."
