Liv's Point of View
"Morning." I frowned as I got out of bed.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Maddie asked putting on a turquoise sweat shirt.
"Nothing." I huffed. "I'm fine. Just tired." I faked a smile.
"Okay, Mom can't drive us today. She has an interview with a new teacher." Maddie said. "So I'm gonna walk to school and Joey and Parker are just going to take a cab... Did you want to walk with me?"
"Sure." I grinned as I plugged in my straightener.
"Okay, I'm going to start walking in twenty minutes."
"Alrighty." I unplugged my straightener and began to braid my hair to the side. "I'll just have to wear my hair as is." I ran into my closet grabbed a mint long sleeve shirt and dark blue jeans.
After I put on my outfit with white heals, I ran downstairs, ate a bowl of cereal, and waited for Maddie at the door. "I'm ready!" I hollered up the stairs.
"Coming!"

About a block away from our house, Maddie stopped at park bench at messaged someone on her phone.
"Hold on one second." Maddie said as she put her index finger up.
"Okay." I rocked back and forth on my heals. "So... Who are you texting?"
She kept texting, she's too distracted by whoever is messaging her.
"Maddie?"
Maddie's eyes widened. "Sorry. What did you say?"
"Nevermind, it's not important." I smirked. "Are we going to keep walking or miss school? I'm okay with either option."
She ignored my question and got up while texting and started to speed walk around the corner.
"Maddie! Wait up! I can't run in heals! It's not my fault you made us late."
When I finally caught up to her at the front of the school I saw her hugging someone.
"Diggie?"
"Oh hey Liv." Diggie smiled over Maddie's shoulder.
"Is he the reason why you ran to school?" I had a puzzled look on my face. "Is Diggie going back to Austrailia? Maddie don't put yourself threw this again!"
"No Liv." Diggie chuckled. "The reason why Maddie ran was because its my first day back and she wanted to give me a new and improved tour of the school."
"Cute." I smiled. "So where are we going to start the tour?"
Before I could finish my sentence they had already left, hand in hand.
I didn't choose the single life, the single life decided to choose me...
They kissed each other on the cheek as they walked down the hall.
