Noah's pov
"Noah calm down. We're here. Remember the plan. Alex cloaks us then we sneak in and grab her and get out." Says Elliot.
I nod in response. Taking a deep breath, I step out the car and onto the loose desert sand.
"Alex steps out and mutters a spell under his breath. I look down and can't see myself. I take in a sharp intake of breath at the shock of being invisible.
"Whoa! That is so cool! You know what you could do with this power?" Asks Elliot.
"I know right." Replies Ash with what I imagine to be wink.
"Oh shut up, Ash." Replies Alex.
"Let's just go now." I say. I don't mean to kill the mood but hey. My sister might be being tortured or something.
We run toward the front door and stop when we notice the lock. Alex does one of his hocus pocus thingies and we slowly step inside.
"They're in a research lab guys." Says Alex.
"Well that narrows it down to like six different places. Which one?" Retorts Ash.
"I don't know. Something is interrupting my tracking spell."
"Well then, let’s split up." Just as I'm about to run to the first lab, I can see my feet.
"Yo Alex! I can see myself" I say. Looking around, it's like someone had a paintbrush and was painting us all in.
Finally all five of us were completely visible.
Alex walks over to a wall with a fancy looking design on it. He runs his hands over it and sighs.
"Someone has blocked out all normal type magic" he says.
"Meaning?" Ash has a quizzical look on his face.
"I can't cloak us. It must be a powerful wizard." Just then the alarm goes off and Alex mutters some creative curse words under his breath.
"What now?" Asks Tate.
"Plan B." says Elliot.
"Which is?" I ask.
"RUUUUN!!!" screams Elliot as a group of guards come running around the corner.
"We have to split up. Take a bit of guards with you and take care of them. Look for the lab. Ash can you create a mental link between us?" Asks Alex.
"Yeah sure." He closes his eyes, and then reopens them.
"Done."
"Thanks. Now if you find Soal, jet everyone know where you are. Now let’s go." We have come to a six way part in the hallway.
I take the last one on the left, running as fast as my gazelle legs can take me. Looking back I see that Alex's plan had work. The guards were splitting up. I turn back around and run through my hallway.
