Alex is phasing out again. Good thing he isn't driving. I look into his blue eyes and see a pain so great; I know he must be thinking about his sister. Poor kid. Judging from the look in Ash's face, he knows it, too. I wonder what type of mother would have the brain power to kill their own child. Their own flesh and blood. And on top of that, she did it in front of her son. That's just horrible. Situations like that make me glad that I never really had a family. My past was difficult, but I cut off all ties so I didn't feel the pain. I remember the day I left. But that's a tale for another day.
