Weak

Chapter 2

I was talking to Newt when i heard a loud noise, and jumped up causing Newt to as well.

"What are you doing?" he spoke, obviously scared as i was walking toward the noise. "Ann" he spoke again "You can't go in there" he said quietly, i guess not trying to draw attention.

"Why, what is it?" i asked

"Just trust me" he said grabbing my hand trying to pull me away from the wall that was open. i quickly yank my hand out of his grasp

"Then tell me" i yelled

"Ann i'm only trying to keep you safe" he whispered, i just kept walking closer the the doors. Which obviously didn't appeal to one boy

"Hey!" he shouted grabbing me and pulling me away from the walls "what do you think you're doing"

"Gally let her go she wasn't going in, she was just looking" Newt answered, i tried to get free of his grip but it was getting stronger.

"I wasn't i swear" i cried still trying to get free. He finally let go pushing me into Newt, who luckily caught me. Then an even louder noise came from the walls, and they started moving together. And then they closed leaving me in awe

"If i ever catch her disobeying the rules again she goes in the pit" he spat and then walked away.

I was sitting on a falling tree, when Newt sat next to me

"Thought you might be hungry" he handed me a plate smiling

"what is it?" i asked not so sure about it. he laughed

"Don't worry you won't die, it's good" he answered. I slowly took a bit, and smiled

"okay you're right it is good" i laughed

"See?would i lie to you"

"well i don't know we only just met" i joked, causing him to laugh as well

"point taken"

i smiled and finished eating, the only thing mostly bothered me, well it didn't that much, was Newt watched me almost the whole time.

"are you okay?"i finally asked

"yeah, i uh, we just haven't seen a girl in a long time, and it's odd"

"what is? a girl?"

"no, having a girl here in The Glade, it was just all boys and then you show up-"

"so a girl being sent here is a bad thing?" i cut him off

"no, i'm not saying that, it's just odd is all. Not that having you here is a bad thing, it's definitely is a good thing" he blushed, causing me to blush. damn how many times is this boy going to make me blush, he did at least ten times today already.

"Hey, look at this Newt and the greenie are flirting" i heard one boy say causing Newt to blush, i've notice him do that a lot today.

"oh slim it Minho" Newt replies

"i'm just saying" he put up his hands in defence

"i'm going to go to bed" i say blushing and then walking away

*Newts POV*

I sat next to Ann while she ate her food staring at her, she was so beautiful. The wind picked up just enough for her hair to move back away from her face, this made her look even more beautiful, gorgeous even. Why would she be sent up here into all of this, this horrible place. She could probably handle herself. Her skin looked like it never been touched, it was perfect, her hair, and body. i quickly looked away from her, i couldn't think about her that way. I mean yeah i've never seen a girl, but i didn't want to think of her like that. Not yet anyways.

The guys had notice me and her talking and Minho just had to say something making me blush. I guess she got uncomfortable with all the guys talking about it. and she walked away heading toward the Homestead. I watched as she walked away, and Minho walked over.

"you better get her before someone else does" he said as we both just watched her walk further and further away until she finally disappeared inside.
