chapter 12

*time skip*

I was sitting bandaging up Fry, he had accidently cut himself making lunch when we heard it. the box, it was coming back up.

"Another greenie" Fry said smiling

"yup, let's go see who it is" i said finishing his wrapping, and got up walking out and toward the box. i've been the only girl in the god-forsaken place and i was starting to get annoyed. I mean what girl wouldn't? being the only girl surrounded by a bunch of boys? gets kind of annoying after awhile. Fry and i walked up toward the front and stood next to Newt, Alby, and Gally. Newt and Alby had already opened the doors.

"it's another boy Ann, sorry" Alby said

"it's fine" i just shrugged it off. "he looks scared" he looked around 12 or 13, short and chubby with brown curly hair. How could they send a boy like him here. Gally was about to jump in to get him out, but i stopped him and got into the box myself. i slowly walked over to him, he was up in the corner with his knees pulled close to his chest.

"hey" i smiled sweetly, he just looked at me scared, "i'm not going to hurt, you're okay i promise."

"why can't i remember anything?" he finally said

"it's like that for all of us, but you will remember your name soon" i smiled

"what's yours?" he asked

"Ann" i replied "do you remember yours?" he just shook his head

"is he coming out or not, we don't have all day" Gally shouted, i just ignored him.

"that's Gally, no one really likes him." i spoke. we sat there for a good while "well, do you want to come out, and meet everyone? i promise nothing bad will happen" i said, he pulled his knees closer to him "i'll be right next to you the whole time," i held out my hand to help him stand up "do you trust me?" i asked, he looked at my hand then at me before he finally took my hand and i helped him out.
