"Alright let's move on to the next item on the agenda!" Soga, or class chairman, spoke n front of the classroom.
"Ugh!!" I groned. I has literally been 20 minutes and this kid had been going on and on about the school. Like really? 2o whole minutes of a place I was sick of.
"I would like to discussor plans for next week." He added while pushing up his glasses.
"Plans?" Haruhi guestioned.
"Halloween." Hikaru pointed out.
"Haruhi-kun, you became an honor student here starting in highschool. Here, during of exams, we're allowed to take off until the last day of October every year." Kurakano, our vice-chairman, finished cleaning the chalkboards.
"That's pretty chill. Does that mean we can dress up?" I smiled. If this school was anything like my last we would totally be able to dress up!
"We get to hold coustme parties and such." Kurakano reasured me.
"Also, to promote camaraderie, we are allowed one full day to do whatever we want." Soga added.
"We should do a café!" A girl in class beamed.
"No way, How about a costume fashion show!" Another said.
"Event?" Haruhi asked confused.
"We usually hold tea parties or watch movies." Hikaru and Koaru stated.
"That's lame we shou-" I was cut off by this sand colored haired girl interupting me out of nowhere.
"NOT ENOUGH!" She screamed. "Halloween, the day that signals the end of spring and the start of winter. Halloween, the day when peoplecome out against the spirits and devils that come by, making themselves look like them. Halloween, it also, in time, becomes a festival of dressing up in costumes and scaring people!" Her pink uniform flowing around the room.
"Seemslike someone doesn't follow the rules of dressing up ONLY on Halloween." The twins sigh, Haruhi nods.
"Who's she? And how come she gets a pretty uniform?" Like seriosly it's not fair, pink is my favorite color and I'm stuch here looking like a stick of butter with a ribbon on.
"I'm Renge Houshakuji!" She gives me a peace sign.
"And that's not a uniform, she just cosplays all year round." Hikaru states.
"Who are you this time?" Kaoru asks.
"It's an upcoming character from Uki-doki Memorial 2, which will come out next spring!" Renge smiles.
"We're having home room, Renge could you please get off the desk." Soga asks timidly.
"But the host club always dresses up and hosts tea parties, why don't we do something different?!" She beams.
"Yeah what Renge said. Why don't we.... PUT ON A HAUNTED HOUSE!?" I stated enthusiastically.
"Ughh..." Soga sulks.
"A Halloween special? Like a test-of-courage tournament?" The twins had a wide grin on their faces.
"We could ask the school if we can host it over night." Renge continued. "We will take turns dressing up and scaring each other."
"Great, that sounds great!" The twins smile, but they suddenly stop with terrifying grins plastured on their face.
"I really like the part about..." Hikaru started
"The school, at night." Koaru finished for him.
"W-we should have groups... So y-you know...more time." Soga stummbled on his words. He seemed really nervous about this whole thing, maybe it wasn't such a good idea?
