An introduction to start things rolling:
Saleen Harper may seem to be your average freshman in college. Jessie Nightshade might seem to be an average high school freshman.
They could never be anymore different than everybody else. Saleen can create ice, and Jessie can phase through any objects. They've earned their names: Icicle and Vertigo.
But when Jessie gets found out by her school and is out on the run, many things can happen, especially when an event similar to the Battle of New York is threatening to happen again.
Icicle and Vertigo may be cool, and their enemies might be freezing, but will the possible romances they find heat things up?
