To the Beach

Chapter 26

🌺Callie's P.O.V🌺
I woke up to the cold hardwood floor on my face. I looked up and saw Weston was still sleeping but was about to fall on top of me... This wasn't going to be fun. Before Weston fell on me I managed to get up and climb down the ladder before he woke up.
I got down to the bottom of the ladder and saw Rascal in the water on his surfboard waiting for a wave. So I ran down the beach to my house and saw that Logan was in the water with Cascade, I looked at her face and saw she was finally happy again... Unlike I was... I was still broken but I was going to fix that right now by going inside of the house and putting on my black board shorts with a blue rash guard that said quicksilver on it. I grabbed the board Rascal got me and ran down the stairs into the kitchen grabbing a granola bar and out the back door.
  I ran down the beach and saw Rascal was still in the water with his back toward me. I jogged out to the cold Pacific Ocean and jumped on my board and paddled my way toward Rascal.
   I got up to where Rascal was waiting and said "There has been some beautiful waves out there... None to fit your type?" He turned toward me and said "Callie... Hey..." Silence overtook the area for awhile before Rascal said "There are some beautiful waves out there but... There not as beautiful as you." I turned my head over to Rascal and said "That's the first time a boy ever said that to me..." He paddled closer to me and he said "Callie I'm soooo sorry about what happened, I miss you I miss us." I pulled my board closer to his and I grabbed his chubby cheeks and kissed him. But the surprising thing was he kissed me back.

I let go of his face on time to see the best wave come our way. I looked at Rascal and said "I can beat you anytime anywhere.... Rascal... Or as I should say Crash." He looked at me and smirked and said "It's on." We paddled out and the wave was huge, so we paddled into the wave and waited for the wave to take us in its own hands. I got up on my feet and a few seconds later I was in the tube.
   The wave almost ended and I dove off my board into the water that was right next to me. I looked around for Rascal but he was nowhere to be seen. So I paddled out into the water where we where talking and I saw that he wasn't there either. I looked up to the beach and saw him on the beach just laughing away at how stupid I am.

I rode a wave in and grabbed my board and went to go sit next to him but he got off the ground and started running to the tree house that was behind us.
He finally stopped at the swing that was under the tree house. He sat down on the swing and I sat the farthest seat away cause he made he run. Exercise!
I looked over at him and saw he was looking out into the water. He pulled out a ring that was a surfboard and he said "Because you are my ocean and my light and I will never let you go." I looked at him and smiled and kissed him. I looked at him and noticed that he really did want me, and he wanted us.
