🌸Aubrey's pov🌸

I was scrolling through Instagram almost drifting off to sleep when I saw that I got a text from Hayden.

H- Hey um I know you and Cas are pretty close but I need to tell you something about her in person.

A- Okay sure where should I meet you?

H- what about the cafe?

A- okay that sounds great

I walked outside and saw Cascade on the porch crying. She looked up at me almost as soon as she looked away, that was our sign for 'I'm to sad to talk right now.' Or 'this has something to do with you but you won't like it.' I walked away hoping it was the first one. As I was pacing the tree house I saw Logan with tears in his eyes looking at the beach, now I wasn't the biggest fan of his but I was always one to get into people's business when they are sad and vulnerable.

"What's wrong Logan?" I said walking up to him. He just pointed at the beach towards Callie and Rascal. "Yeah so, what's wrong?"

"I have a crush on Callie." I walked away wondering if that had anything to do with Cas.

I finally arrived and the cafe and saw Hayden waiting on me. "Hey Bre I um need to tell you a couple things. I don't know which one you'll like less but please don't get mad at your sister when I tell you this." I nodded my head but I honestly didn't understand what he was talking about. He inhaled deeply and continued talking. "So after I dropped you off I saw Cascade and asked her to walk and talk to me. We got to the side of the cafe and she backed away from me all the way to the wall. I grabbed her shoulders and tried to pull her away but she wouldn't budge. I tried to talk to her but then she kissed me. I pulled away showing no interest and then she ran away crying."

My mind raced of incomplete thoughts but I pushed them away. "Is that it?" I hoped it was but he shook his head.

"I know we just started dating," my eyes widened "and you don't even consider me your boyfriend," my breaths shortened "but I'm," it got even harder to breathe "breaking up with you." My head got dizzy. "I think I like Cascade, a lot." Tears formed in my eyes and I shook my head and ran out of the cafe. The day was already crazy enough, Logan likes Callie, Hayden likes Cascade, Cascade supposedly kissed Hayden, and then I got dumped by a boyfriend I didn't even have. It was to much to process.

I ran into the house through the back door to avoid Cascade. I didn't want to see her, at least not then I didn't.

I ran up to my room without noticing my parents on the couch. I then heard before I slammed the door to my room "That's an awesome way to say hi to your parents." I walked out of the door and looked down the stairs and saw this brown haired man and a blonde hair woman siting next to him.

I walked downstairs and sat across the way from the blonde haired woman. I looked at them up and down and said "May I help you?" The brown haired man said "Where is your sister Callie?" I looked at him and said "She is outside on the beach... Who wants to know?" He looked at me and said "Your fathers that's who wants to know." I looked at him and pointed at the door of where Callie was.

I watched them walk out the door and I ran upstairs and laid down on my bed looking at the roof thinking about everything. I turned over to where my nightstand was and there was a family picture and my mom and dad where in it and the people who where here looked exactly like them.
I turned over to the wall and fell asleep.
