🏈Weston's P.O.V🏈
I was on my way back from my morning run on the beach with my little brothers when I felt the ground shake and houses started falling down. I looked at my brothers and they looked back at me and said "Weston we got to get out of here!" Then the shaking stopped... It was an earthquake. I ran down the beach going to go to my house and wash off all of the grime from the morning sun, but something stopped me. I looked around the area and saw my little sister Cascade on the ground crying her eyes out. I ran up to her with my brothers behind me. I looked at Cascade and said "Hey what's wrong?" She looked up at me and said stuttering "Th-- The earthquake kill--- killed L-Lo-Log-Loga-Logan." I looked at her and picked her up bridal style and carried her back to our house.

Cascade was almost hyperventilating because of how much she was crying and I felt uncomfortable carrying her. I got to the place that the treehouse used to stand and stared at the ruins. "Dolton, Hunter, Caden, stay here and try to find what we can salvage I'll get Cas to the house if it's still standing." You could barely hear me over Cas's crying but the boys nodded their heads and I took off. To my surprise the house was still standing. I went in the back door and climbed up the familiar stairs. I found and open door with books inside so I set Cas down on the bed and kissed her forehead. "Are you going to be okay." She shook her head.

"Stop asking stupid questions."

"Never mind you'll be fine." She fake smiles but you could tell that it hurt her. "I hope." I walked down the hall to my old room and knocked on the door.

"Come in."

"Hey Cal."

"What do you want?"

"Logan died in the Earthquake, and everything has been destroyed with in two miles except this house. Which means we need to move in."

"Anything else captain Debbie downer?"

"Nope."

"Do you know if Rascal is okay?"

"Honestly, no. Likely, no."

"I hate you."

"Love you too sis!" She got up and grabbed her phone while practically flying down the stairs. I looked past her bedroom doorframe and she put her phone to her ear. Before I knew it she was out of the house and all I could hear was the faint sound of Cascade crying enough tears to fill two of my favorite surfing spots.

I climbed back downstairs to meet my brothers and see what they could find. "Hunter anything?"

"Umm, a mattress, two blankets and your surf board."

"What about you Dolton?"

"One thousand too many pictures."

"Anything else besides colored paper?"

"The other two mattresses."

"Okay at least we have things to sleep on. We are moving into the house, just to let you know mom and dad don't live there but if the police ask they do, and we aren't moving back into our rooms, the living room will be our room. Caden did you find anything?"

"Umm yes."

"And what would that be?"

"A crying Callie."
