"Yes, Professor?" I say, once we're standing in the Entrance Hall."Professor Dumbledore wanted me to give you this, he had something to do so he could not give it to you himself."
"Oh, thank you, Professor." I say, taking the folded up parchment from her. Opening it up, I see it only says a couple of words.
Miss Gidget,
I would like for you to meet me in my office for a chat as soon as possible, I have something very important I would like to discuss with you, the time is right.
I will see you soon, the password is Acid Drops.
Dumbledore.
"Professor, does he mean now?" I look up from the letter, she hasn't left yet.
"Whatever is between you and Professor Dumbledore is private, so I do not know." She says, but I can tell she knows, it's written clearly behind her eyes and the small smile tugging at the corner of her mouth.
"Alright Professor, well then may I be excused?" I ask her. She nods, before retreating back in to the hall. I stand in the doorway, Fred and George haven't looked away the whole time, I point to the letter and indicate that I have to go. They nod, I'll see them in the common room later.
...
"Acid Drops." I say as the gargoyle statue, guarding the Headmaster's office, starts moving to create the staircase. I play with the parchment in between my fingers, what did I do this time?
Why did Dumbledore want to see me? I haven't done anything wrong... yet. And Dumbledore usually enjoys my mischievous schemes, in fact we've had tea over it a number of times. I don't know why I'm worried, Dumbledore would never be angry at me, I'm one of his favourites. Whether others know it or not, everyone's always thinking I'm in trouble when I get called here, but honestly it's just Dumbledore wanting to chat or needing help.
I open the door, and pop my head around it. "You wanted to see me, Professor?"
"No-one's here, Chelsea." He smiles as I make my way to his desk.
I grin, "Albus!" I laugh, wrapping my arms around him. He chuckles back.
"Nice to see you again, Chelsea. Had a good Summer I hear." He says as we both sit down.
"Of course, lots of experimenting, but you'll have to wait till I get caught to find out what."
"Really? But you've sparked my curiousity." He says eagerly.
"Oh alright, I'll tell you ONE of them. It's the bazerk ball, once it hits a solid it bounces off everything, and only calms down once it's caught, causes a great distraction."
"Interesting. I can't wait to see the outcome." He says, his eyes filled with joy. "Now, my dear, I have sadly not called you here to just chat. We must be serious."
"Oh, alright. Shall I make some tea then?" I say, getting up and fetching the teapot.
"Oh, please." He says cheerfully. I hand him his floral-printed cup and sit down, he goes to take a sip but stops.
"Yes, I added three sugars and a lemon drop." I say shaking my head at him. "I have not forgotten over the break, sir."
"Good," He smiles while taking a sip before placing down his cup, "now, we are here to talk about something that happened before you came to Hogwarts, you received a parcel of books, correct?"
