"Good luck." Kissing the top of her head, Chelsea and I separate as we sit a little ways away for OWLS."OY Georgie."
"Yeh?" He looks over as he takes his seat across from me.
"Pray that the heavens are with us." I say dramatically, putting my hands together and winking at him. He chuckles at my antics, knowing only too well what I mean. If we don't get at least one OWL we may just not come to see the new school year, that is if Mum catches us.
"You may begin." McGonagall's voice echoes throughout the Great Hall.
Alright Freddie, you can do this. Just focus and concentrate on the task at hand...
Time passes as I look up at the clock.
Hey, I've gotten through most of it pretty quickly. This is easier than I thought.
...
**Chelsea's POV**
"Answers, answers come to me. Help me get at least a C." I quietly hum as I continue to scan over my page.
Come on Chelsea, you excel at these subjects. I know you have something in that big head of yours.
"This is just the charms exam... you excel at this subject." I mumble to myself as I start filling in the answers. Looking over, I spot a couple of odd glances towards my way.
How do OWLs work anyway? We get judged on how good at a subject we do and if we don't do too well we're basically disbanded from that class...
...
"So how'd you go?" Fred asks as I leave the Great Hall to find the twins waiting for me.
I had to stay behind, with me taking extra classes it meant I had to take just as many exams and practical tests.
"... I did my best." Resting the top of my head on his chest as my body strays further away, I huff.
"That's right, keep a positive attitude." George snickers.
Peeking under Fred's arm I glare up at him.
"Fred, you're girlfriends scaring me." George squeaks as Fred chuckles, pulling me in tight.
"Now Georgie, you know better than to release her dragon side." Fred widens his eyes. He and George are the only ones that know of my dragon Patronus, aside from Dumbledore of course. For he told me that having a dragon as your Patronus shows a great powerful wizard and they are very rare, similar to a Phoenix Patronus, so I've kept it quiet for now. "I've heard rumours of people disappearing numerous times when they interrupted her reading."
"That or she hadn't had her coffee yet." George laughs.
Fred weakens his wrap around me as I lunge at George, causing him to stumble back.
"I still don't understand why you're dating her." He points, narrowing his eyes at me. "She's crazy."
"Because I love her." Fred grabs my hand as we start walking off, leaving him standing there baffled.
"But you love me too, so why not just date me? I'm your other half, haven't been separated since birth, you'd never get bored of me and we can keep the family name." George calls out.
"I'll think about it." Fred calls back over his shoulder.
We continue to walk along, our hands swaying in between us as the silence stays adamant.
I catch Fred look at me out of the corner of my eye. "What?"
"Hm?" He questions, acting like nothing has happened.
"Why were you looking at me?"
"I was doing no such thing." He retorts. A few minutes pass before I catch him looking at me again. And again. And again!
I see what he's doing though, he's going to keep looking at me till I draw my attention to him. I know he wants to ask a question, he just wants some attention first. Well he's not gonna get any.
I continue looking straightforward, ignoring the distinct glances in my directions, the subtle coughs and the long sighs.
"Did you say something?" I ask, pulling him to a stop.
He watches me carefully, squinting his eyes as they trace over my face. "You're no fun." He gives up, shoulders slumping once realizing I'm not giving in.
I smirk up at him. "I know you better than you think, Weasley."
"You could at least ask." He pouts.
He's such child, isn't he? "Fine. Is something wrong, love?" I ask him, cocking a brow.
"Oh no. Don't worry about me and my curiosity." He walks on ahead, head hung low.
"Oh Fred." I sigh, staying where I am as I watch him continue to trudge along the empty corridor. I have always wondered why the corridors are empty when I walk through them, every single time. Weird.
"Just leave me be." He wails. He looks over at me to see I haven't moved an inch.
"Get you butt back here you prissy princess." I call out to him.
He slowly makes his way back, head still hung low.
I know I'm gonna regret this.
"What has caught your curiosity?"
I watch the gears turn in his mind as his face grows more excited.
