**Chelsea's POV**
"Will you got to Hogsmeade with me?" I blurt out... at the exact same time as Fred.
"Wait, you were going to ask me?!" We both say together.
"So you like me?!"
"Wow!"
"Alright, stop it!" I smirk at him, he grins back. "So you were going to ask me?"
"Yep, but I didn't think you were going to ask me." He says, the joy exploding in to fireworks behind his heavenly eyes.
"I didn't think you were going to ask me. The others convinced me to ask you, I didn't even know you liked me like that." I say, delighted. What a coincidence that he asked me when I asked him...
"George convinced me to ask you, I didn't know you liked me like that either!" He answers, joyfully. "So... will you go with me?"
Oh, I got so caught up that I forgot to respond. "Of course." I beam at him, causing him to beam back.
"Good, so.. it's a date then?" He asks as we make our way over to the portrait.
"Sure, it's a date." I say as we walk in to the common room.
"They're going together!" Aradia squeals, causing me to jump and waver backwards, but Fred has his arm around me before can I kiss the carpet. I smile up at him.
"Geez Aradia." I say, shaking my head at her when my feet are planted firmly on the ground. "Nearly burst my eardrum with that shrill squeal of yours." I rub my ear.
"Sorry," she chuckles, "so you're going to Hogsmeade together?" Now everyone's eyes are on us, and we've only just stepped in to the common room.
"I see we have a bunch of eavesdroppers." Fred smirks at me, causing my face to heat up. I'm actually going on a date, a real date! I squeal on the inside- conceal, don't feel, don't let them know. I never knew how much I actually liked him till I ... well ... thought about it.
"Yes, we're going to Hogsmeade together." I say, causing them to cheer. Students around the room give us weird looks at the ruckus we're creating. The boys surround Fred and clap him on the back, while the girls suffocate me with questions like: "How'd he ask you?", "Did you ask him?" and even "Did you say yes?". I whack Heather up the back of the head, she just grins at me, I know that she only put that in there as a joke, but .. really? Ridiculous.
"Oy, Fred." I call out to him, "Are they really that thankful that we got together?"
"YES!" They all yell, laughing.
...
"What are you going to wear?!" Aradia questions as she rifles through my closet with Heather, Stacey's sitting on her bed, going through my makeup kit, she's really good at makeup and asked if she could do mine, very kind of her, and helpful because I don't do makeup.
"Some jeans and a jumper will do just fine." I suggest, hopeful, and a little grumpy- I was awoken from my sleep at 5:30 this morning, people should know by now that I'm no morning person and how long can it possibly take someone to get ready, did I need to be awoken that early?! 5:30 is basically still night! And I'm not one for getting all fancy either, you know? I mean, I can when I want to... but I prefer not to.
I jump up off the bed, but Heather abruptly stops me and leads me back, mind you I'm walking backwards and can't exactly see where I'm going. And being the clutz I am I trip over every single thing on the floor, the carpet, my shoes, my school bag, the floor itself.
