**Chelsea's POV**
"Really?" I grumble, kicking off the covers. "It's time already?"
I set my alarm clock for 4:30 for some ridiculous reason, oblivious to me at this time of the morning. But I know it's because I don't want to be late for breakfast again, it's the most important meal of the day... that and they have the best bacon in the world here, nice and crispy.
"Why do people wake up this early, it's still night time. And they do exercise!"
I head to the bathroom for a shower, that should wake me up.
Alright. Brainstorming time, it's a new year which means new products.
We've already made exploding ink bombs, static balls, an attempt at our stinky sleep planes and a few minor others... but what should we do this year?
Looking at the clock on the wall, I realize I've been in the shower for 30 minutes. That's not as bad as last time, 1 hour, but still. I find it amazing how time flies when you're thinking in the shower.
"I'm singing in the rain, just singing in the rain." I sing aloud as the steam creates a sparkling mist. I grab my towel off the hook as I step out, creating little puddles where I walk. "What a wonderful feeling, I'm ..." I hum out the tune, getting dressed.
"Chelsea." Heather grumbles as I walk out of the bathroom singing. "Shut up."
Geez, I'm surprised she heard that. I've tried waking her up before with a leaf blower- don't ask -and she slept through the whole thing.
Now... What to do for 2 hours.
...
A note.
I walk out from art class after lunch, finding a little green note stuck to the wall. Was kind of drab, I was the only one in class. Ever since Fred and Erin woke up I haven't seen Gideon whatsoever, it's like he's disappeared off the face of the earth.
Anyway...
I can go anywhere, be anyone, learn to juggle, study the sun, speak a new language, knit my own socks, get lost in a comic, identify rocks, solve a mystery, follow history. Where am I?
The note reads.
Go anywhere, be anyone. Learn to juggle? And study the sun... Speak a new language, knit socks? Lost in comics, identify rocks. Solve a mystery and follow history...
What?
How am I... Fred, if this was you... How am I supposed to solve this?
Go anywhere and be anyone, you can do that everywhere, as an actor, a teacher, an author- a book! You can go anywhere and be anyone in a book.. But learn to juggle, study the sun, speak a new language and knit socks... Get lost in comics, identifying rocks, solving mysteries and following history? Could those have anything to do with books as well? Self-help books? Juggling, studying, learning, identifying, solving and following? Books... You can learn all of these from books! He's in the library!
I run along the halls and up the stairs until I reach the library. Now... Where could he be?
Looking around I find no one apart from Madame Prince and a few sixth years.
He's not here, is he? He left a note, didn't he? He expects me to find a note off the last clue?
Juggle, sun, languages, knitting, comics, rocks, mystery and history. One note... Or are there more?
