**Fred's POV**"Fred, i-it's beautiful." She gasps as she looks in to the small box.
"Merry Christmas, Chelsea." I take the silver compass necklace out of the box and place it around her neck. She picks it up and smiles down at it.
"Fred-"
"Don't say anything." I say softly. "I need to get something out, please."
Alright Freddie, you can do it.
**Chelsea's POV**
I gaze down at the necklace, it's.. breathtaking. The pendant is a small silver compass hanging on a long, thin silver chain.
"Fred-" I begin but Fred cuts me off, and I'm thankful for that because I'm speechless.
"Don't say anything. I need to get something out, please." I look up at him, my hands grasped around the necklace.
"Everyone said that they knew we were destined for each other from the beginning... and I think I knew that to. I realized I was thinking of you, a lot, and I began to wonder how long you'd been on my mind. Then it occurred to me: Since I've met you, you've never left."
I feel tears slide down my face, tears of love and kindness. I never knew he felt this way about me.
"I have felt this way the whole time, and I never even realized it. Chelsea... I ..." He looks about, takes a breath before grabbing my hands and looking me in the eye. "I love you, and only you."
I grab his face in my hands and kiss him. A long, everlasting kiss.
"I was born to love you with every single beat of my heart." He whispers in to my hair as I rest my head on his chest. We stay like that, just us, alone. Slowly swaying to the music.
"I... I love you too." I whisper, I feel him smile in to my hair. I've never felt this way about someone before, and for once I don't mind telling someone my feelings.
I look up. "I guess it was not a coincidence that I met you in Gambol and Jape's, later to share a coach with you in our first year."
"Yeah, I guess it was fate." He says dramatically, I chuckle at his silliness, such a goof, but a lovable one at that.
"Hey!" I jump, I forgot to give Fred his gift! "I'll be right back!"
I race up the stairs, leaving Fred standing there in confusion.
"Where is it?" I whisper, careful not to wake the roommates, I toss everything off my bed. Where did I- FOUND IT!
I race back down the stairs with my package. "H-here." I hold the package out to him, bent over with my hand on my knee and breathing like I've just run a marathon.
He takes the package and rips it open, joy in his eyes as he sees what it is. "Is this?!"
"Yep, an original kit by your very own, Chelsea Gidget." I say proudly, after regaining composure.
"There's everything in here! Ink bombs, spinning oranges, floating clouds." He says ecstatically, pulling out my creations. I jam-packed it full of my greatest inventions that no-one else knows the recipes to, ink bombs that explode at a pressurized point, spinning oranges that make you spin uncontrollably after one bite, floating clouds that follow around victims causing thunder storms and hail -always a pleaser with unsuspecting Slytherins, even Ronsky approves-, and more.
"Chelsea! You shouldn't have, this is too much!" Fred gawks, digging deeper in to the endless pit of goodies.
"Really?"
