Laura's P.O.V
It was the next day, Vanessa dropped me off outside the studio. I was dreading today. I was dreading seeing Ross because I know I hurt his feelings. But I cant force myself to feel the same way. I needed to talk to him.
I took a deep breath and walked inside, and there he was, in the corner, with a tall, blonde chick. Well, this 'talk' can't be left so I went and walked over to them. "Ross.. I need to talk to you" I said, not looking at him. "Sorry, i'm busy" He bluntly said. He slowly popped a strawberry into her mouth. Ugh. I noticed him looking at me out of the corner of his eyes when he fed her the strawberry. It was obvious what he was doing.
"So, who's this?" I asked, acting like I didn't care. "Oh her? This is Kate. She's my new girlfriend" He smirked. Un-believable. The other day he told me he had feelings for me and today he's pretending he never said anything? He's using some girl to get too me. Well, it's not working. I just can't believe someone like Ross would stoop this low.
I went to walk away and quickly glanced at him. He was looking back and smirked at me. Un-believable. I walked over to Raini and sat down. "Hey!" She grinned. "Hey" I said, sighing. Her happy mood changed in a split second of seeing my facial expression. "What's wrong?" She asked, sitting next to me. "Nothing.. i'm great" I lied. I'm a terrible liar. "Laura, I know you. Tell me now!" She demanded. I smiled lightly. I don't know what i'd do without her, she's so amazing. "Fine. It's Ross"
Ross's P.O.V
I felt a bit guilty for using Kate as an excuse to get too Laura. But I broke up with Kate, I payed her to pretend to be my girlfriend. She didn't ask why, she just agreed to it. What a gold-digger. Anyway, now that that's over, we're even. She hurt me so I hurt her back. I know it sounds like i'm a complete jerk but in a way, it's made me feel a bit better.
On the other hand, I feel so guilty, I bet Laura hates me even more. Why was I such an idiot? Why couldn't I have just talked to her like a normal, mature human being. Why did I go ahead and play the 'bad' dude. Anyway, I need to speak to her.
I know she doesn't want to talk to me but we need to fix this. To be honest, I want to fix things with Laura. I don't want our friendship to be ruined because I have some feelings for her. I saw her talking to Raini and I heard my name being mentioned. I quickly hid behind the wall and listened to their conversation.
"I mean, I didn't think a guy like Ross would stoop so low" Laura said, angrily. "Well, you know what boys are like" Raini said.
That made me realize i'm a total jerk. I shouldn't have used Kate. Better yet, I shouldn't have wasted my money to get back at Laura. I can't make her feel the same way. But I wanna repair our friendship, I was about to walk away when I heard her say something else.
"They're gonna have to replace Ally" She said. I froze.
Ooh, a cliff-hanger. Haha. I might be able to update today, if not, tomorrow. But thanks for reading. And i'm sorry that my chapters are so short. I promise the next one will be a bit longer and will have some Raura in it ;) Haha!
