Ross's P.O.V
It was about 6pm and I haven't seen Laura all day. I wonder why she didn't come by my house when her school finished.
I decided to call her. I was sat on my bed and I grabbed my phone and dialed her number. It rang once and I got sent to voicemail. She cut me off?
What's wrong with her? I put on my sneakers and headed to her house. I knocked on the door and Vanessa answered it. Her smile disappeared when she saw me. "Oh, Ross.. what are you doing here?" I looked at her confused. "What? I came to see Laura" I said, adding a smile.
"Oh, well, she doesn't really want to see you right now" She said. "What do you mean? Is she okay?" I asked, worried. "Yeah she's great, but you hurt her Ross" Vanessa said. "I hurt her? What are you talking about Vanessa?" I asked.
"She saw you. She saw you and Maia kissing. How could you do this to her Ross? She finally found someone she could trust and you broke her heart!" She said a bit annoyed. "I didn't kiss her. She kissed me and I pushed her away. I swear on my life!" I would never do that to Laura. I love her.
"Really?" Vanessa asked. I nodded. "Listen, come in and i'll get Laur" She said and opened the door wider so I could walk in.
I walked into her house and sat on the couch, twiddling my thumbs. She came and sat next to me. "Listen, it wont be easy convincing her that Maia kissed you. I'm sorry for accusing, I should have heard your story first. I know you'd never hurt my sister" She said.
I nodded. "It's okay. I just need to see Laura and tell her, I love her so much!" I said. She smiled at me and headed upstairs.
Laura's P.O.V
I was crying into my pillow when Vanessa came in. She came and sat on my bed. "Laur?" She asked. I sat up, mascara all down my face. "I'm not in the mood" I cried even harder. "No, listen to me" She calmly said, resting her hand on my leg. "I spoke to Ross and I think you need to talk to him" She said.
Is she serious?! "What?! No. I am never talking to him ever again. He kissed Maia--" I went to finish but she cut me off. "No, Maia kissed Ross. And he pushed her away as soon as she did. He's downstairs" She said. "What?!?!? Vanessa, why did you let him in?!" I shouted.
"Because he never hurt you. And he told Maia he had a girlfriend, he told her that he doesn't like her that way. He said he loves you!" She shouted. She was getting annoyed now.
I looked down at the floor. "Come on. I'll come with you!" She smiled. I shook my head. I didn't believe her. The kiss lasted a few seconds. He looked like he enjoyed it. She picked me up and carried me downstairs.
"Vanessa! Let go of me!" I shouted, trying to wiggle free. "No, you need to talk to him" She said. "I have nothing to say to that jerk!" I yelled. She put me down and pushed me into the living room, she shut the door so we were alone.
I sighed and sat down, completely ignoring that jerk. "Laura, you need to listen to what happened" He spoke up. "I know what happened, Ross. I trusted you and you broke my heart. You kissed Maia, right in front of me!" I yelled.
He came and sat next to me. "No, see, you're wrong. I didn't kiss her. She kissed me and you must've come at the wrong time! I swear, I pushed her away. I told her I had you!" He called. "Then if she apparently kissed you, why didn't you push her away straight away?!" I asked. "She kissed me quite hard. I did push her away, as soon as she let me! I swear!" He shouted.
He grabbed my hands and forced me to look into his eyes. I did because he wouldn't give in. "What?" I asked. "I swear Laura. I love you. And only you. I wont ever love anyone else!" He said. I looked away and he placed his hand on my cheek. "Do you believe me?" He asked.
"I--" I went to say something when Vanessa burst in with a magazine. "Guys!" She said, showing us. I grabbed it out of her hands and read the article with the headline:
'Teen Beach Movie stars Ross Lynch and Maia Mitchell seen sharing a moment outside Blues Café earlier on today'
There was a picture of their kiss. I rolled my eyes. "I cant deal with all of this!" I yelled and ran upstairs.
Ross's P.O.V
I picked up the magazine that she dropped and read it.
'Ross Lynch and Maia Mitchell were seen kissing earlier today outside Blues Café in Los Angeles around 4:13pm. We always knew this would've have happened. I wonder what Ross's co-star Laura Marano thinks of this? Will their relationship stay in tact?!'
I angrily threw the magazine and put my face in my hands. "Ross.." Vanessa started. "She hates me. All thanks to Maia. Why did she kiss me?!?!" I yelled. "It's not your fault. You know what the paps are like" She said, gently rubbing my back.
"Laura wont talk to me again. I tried telling her and they have to post it all in magazines!" I shouted, getting angry. "Ross. Go home and rest. Have a good night's sleep and we'll sort this out tomorrow. I'll talk to Laur and tell her everything" She smiled. I nodded gently. "Thanks Nessa" I said, tears forming my eyes.
I hugged her quickly and left. I need Laura back! I love her!
