"Zoom! Zoom! bang bang bang!" Little Billy runs past a slender woman in a loose pink dress.
"Careful!" the woman says as she continues mixing a bowl of pancake mixture.
"I’m flying! Look Mama! I’m supermaaaaaaaaan!" Little Billy flaps his arms and runs even faster.
At that moment, the tiny house that he lived in for about five years turns into a big city with skyscrapers reaching the sky. His blue Sesame Street PJ’s transform into a hero suit. In Little Billy’s eyes, he’s saving the day!
"Hahaha!" the little boy’s laughter fills the air.
Then silence.
"Billy?" a voice inquires "Son?"
Placing the bowl on a vacant table, the woman rushes to the direction she saw her son go to. There, she finds a teary-eyed boy hugging his knees.
"Mama," Little Billy cries when he saw the slender figure approach. "Aaaah! Aaaah!"
Gracefully, the woman descends to his level and hugs him.
"Bug bug", Little Billy points at his scrapped knee.
With a smile on her lips, she leans down and kisses it.
And all the pain disappears.
And Little Boy Wonder feels wonderful again.
