I still remember how happy I am when he asked me to ride with his new motorcycles. Wearing his blue cap and leather jacket, and mine was tight jeans and a jersey with number 22 on the back, we sailed through the streets, and cherished our own moments.
And we smiled to people staring and watching us, trying to fly and soar at the bluish sky. But that’s not my favorite moment, it is how he tried to put my arms to his waist, and making me embrace him.
I felt my cheeks turned to bright red, I put my head over his broad shoulders, and smile secretly to him. This is it. The moment I’ve been waiting for, to hug him. I just wished that the time will stop for a moment, so I can be with him all day long, even if it ends on forever.
We stopped at a familiar place, the lake, which we can see the wonderful sunset on the East. He hold my hands and run, we sat at the mini branch we saw near the lake. And when I looked at him, I saw his smile, still so attractive as ever.
"Would you be with me forever?" I bit my lower lip, then tears fell off my cheeks. he wiped my tears using his thumb, then slowly but surely, he kissed me on my lips.
"I hope I can" his smile was slowly fading, even his very own existence. But before he let me go, he whispered the words that I’ve been longing to hear…
"You are my … eternity"
Then I realized, this place is where we first met, where we first dance, first hug, first confession and first kissed.
Now that his gone, would I still continue the journey we’ve made? Will I still try to finish our plans for the future? or maybe…
I closed my eyes and looked at the last thing I know he used for a long time, his motorcycle with a sticker with our names on it.Then I saw the sunset slowly moving… fading…
and that’s when I decided to follow him on heaven.
