Spiked My Heart

I'm so sorry!

My heart almost stops, there, in front of me, smiling at me, was Mario Selman.
"Oh, your knees bleeding, come on let's get a band aid on it." He says reaching his hand out.
I didn't even realize my knee was bleeding through my sweatpants till he pointed it out but now it's starting to sting. I reached my hand out, took Mario's, and tried to start walking with him. As soon as I put weight on my leg my knee started burning excruciatingly bad. I had to grab Mario's shoulder to keep from falling over.
"What's wrong? Can you walk?" Mario asked worriedly.
"Not really, it burns." I said with tears welling up in my eyes.
"Oh gosh, okay, um...Brandon!! Brandon come here!!" Mario yelled down the hall.
I stood there staring, to shocked to speak as Brandon Rowland came running down the hallway.
"What? What's going on?" Brandon asked before he made eye contact with me.
"Mario what did you do?" Brandon asked quite loudly.
"I accidentally ran into her and knocked her down, go get your mom"
"Mom! Mooommmm!" Brandon yelled turning around and running back down the hallway.
After maybe 2 minutes of silence I hear a door close down the hall. I look up to see Brandon running back down the hallway and Christine walking behind him. I couldn't even think.

"Hi darling, are you okay?" She asked as she sat on the floor beside me.
"Yeah, well my knee is bleeding and it really hurts." Then it hit me, I have a volleyball game tonight, I can't play with a busted knee. This caused tears to run down my cheeks.
"Hey, hey, hey, what's the matter? Does it hurt that bad?" Christine asked.
"No, it's just, I'm here with my travel volleyball team and we have a game tonight, I can't play with a busted knee." I said looking down.
"Oh my god, I ruined her game!" Mario exclaimed, running his fingers through his hair.
"Hey! What's going on?" I heard someone else yell, then I heard multiple footsteps coming down the hall.
I looked up to see Hunter Rowland, Julian and Jovani Jara, Weston Koury, Blake Gray, Mark Thomas, and Geo Roman walking up to me. I inhaled a sharp breath.
"What happened?" I heard someone ask.
I didn't know who as before I could register the voice, everything went black.
