Alyssa's POV

It's been about an hour since we left the mall. Jill stopped crying so we pulled up her Netflix account and called for room service. Her mom had called and said she was going out with Melody's mom for "girl time" since it's our last day. That was fine with us, we wanted our own time by ourselves. The only thing is Jill knows what we're doing, we won't let her open the door when there's someone out there and we took her phone. Knowing Hunter would try to text her to convince her he's sorry we all put our phones up to "have a movie day."
It was working, Hunter hadn't had any contact with her since the mall, then there was a knock on the door and Jill stood up.

"No it's okay I'll get it" Cammy interjected.

"I know what y'all are doing, don't worry I'm not going to just forgive him the second I see him I have more pride than that and this isn't a fairytale" Jill said walking to the door.

Cammy nodded but still went to the door with her. Jill opened the door and I held my breath praying it was room service and not Hunter. I heard Jill say thank you then turn around holding our tray of food, I let out a sigh of relief. After Jill sat back down she put the tray in her lap and started handing out our food as the movie started. A little while later I got up to get a drink and there was another knock on the door.

"I got it" I announced but no one seemed to notice, they were already focused on the movie.

I reached the door and got nervous.

"Please be Jill's mom" I whispered, opening the door.

"What are you doing here" I said coldly.

"Please just...just let me talk to her" Hunter pleaded stepping forward.

I stepped sideways blocking his way.

"Get in the hallway" I huffed.

Hunter stepped back and I looked behind me making sure Jill was still watching the movie, she was, I stepped into the hallway and closed the door quietly behind me.

"What do you want Hunter"

"I need to talk to her, please Alyssa, she means everything to me"

"You should've thought of that before you made her cry" I said crossing my arms.

"I know I...please, I need to apologize"

"She doesn't need your apology, she needed a boy that could make her happy and you faltered in that"

"Just go Hunter, please, we're leaving tonight so you won't have to worry about her anymore, you'll forget about her while you meet all those girls on your tour, you messed up, this isn't a fairytale, you can't come back expecting her to take you right back" I said finishing my speech.

"But I..."
Hunter didn't finish his sentence, he dropped his head and started to walk away.

"Tell her I'm sorry, tell her I really liked her" he whispered turning around before heading back to his room.

I sighed and tried to gather my thoughts, I hated saying that to him, I could tell he was hurting but I couldn't let him hurt Jill again. I pulled myself together and opened the door, going back to our room.

"Who was that?" Jill asked looking up at me. The hope in her voice broke my heart.

"Some girl looking for her friend, she came to the wrong room so I gave her directions" I lied.

"Oh" Jill looked down at the pillow in her lap before concentrating on the movie.

I knew she was hurting and she wasn't really watching the movie, she was thinking, lost in her own mind, I hated seeing her this way.
