Chapter 4:
Hunter's POV
I couldn't help but be jealous. I knew she didn't mean to but it wasn't fair. The way he's looking at her doesn't help either. But who am I kidding she's beautiful, I stare at her too. Her long brown hair mixed into her brightly dyed purple tips. I had never really paid attention to the different colors in people's hair but hers was different. The purple made her big blue eyes pop while the brown just went with how she looked. But how she was leaning on him distracted me from my thoughts. Jill fell asleep holding my hand, she still is actually, but after she fell asleep her head fell to the side and she ended up laying her head on Blake's shoulder. I didn't want it to make me upset but it did, I didn't like the fact that I was holding her hand but her head was on Blake's shoulder.
As I looked around I realized nobody else was awake, Julian had moved to the floor and passed out on a pile of pillows while the other boys were just everywhere. Literally almost everywhere, they had sprawled themselves out and took up almost the whole floor.
I laid my head back on the couch and tried to close my eyes."You're not getting her without a fight you know" I heard whispered to me.
I immediately opened my eyes and looked over at Blake and Jill, they were asleep, but something wasn't right, something was different. Then I realized, Blake was smirking, I'm certain he didn't fall asleep like that."We'll see about that" I whispered to see if he'd react.
Sure enough his smirk quickly disappeared. I started clenching my fists to keep from getting to upset."Ow!!" Jill yelled, sitting up quickly, which woke up Ashton and Blake.
I forgot I was holding her hand....I quickly let go of her hand and pretended to look startled by her outburst.
