The place where we used to spend times together running around making the most out of every day. We decided na wag na munang umuwi ng Pilipinas that time, we buried Dad's relic here.

"Hey, Dad, it's me again, KIMM. I miss you so much, Dad. I have news for you.",I paused,

" We are going back to the Philippines. I'll be studying again. I missed school for one year, and it's for me to cope up. Honestly, Dad, I don't know how but for Mom, Kuya, myself and you, I will try. I will be visiting you here as much as I can..

I love you po."

2:30 PM, Philippines.

"Wow, I missed this place." Si Kuya yan. He's riding shot gun, next to Mom.

Papunta na kami ngayon kila Tita Sha, Mom's younger sister.

And to think that I missed Tita Sha too, it makes me wanna drive Mom's car at a speed of a hundred and twenty k/h.

"Kristin, dear, is there anything bothering you?" Mom asked.

"Wala po. I'm fine Mom. Excited to see Tita Sha." Sagot ko.

In no time, we reached Tita's home. It's very huge. Just for info's, she's a successful architect. She made a lot of designs for real estates, including this house she's got at a certain subdivision. Mom beeped her car twice. The gate opened up by an old lady. And in front of the house I'm seeing Tita Sha, standing glamorously, as always waiting for us.

I went out and made my way towards Tita Sha.

"KIMM, Hi!" sabi ni Tita sa akin. "Tita Sha!" I hugged her.

"Adorable, darling. You look adorable."

"You too." She leans and kisses me on my left and right cheek, beso-beso, as they call it.

"Sharlene." Tawag ni Mommy. She does the same greeting with Mom and Kuya.

Pumasok na kami sa loob and took our late lunch.

"Kristin, inenroll ka na ni Tita Sha mo sa isang University near her place. SY University." Di naman na ako nagsalita, tumango nalang ako tapos nagsmile sa kanilang dalawa. Napag-usapan na din kasi namin, sa States palang, na kailangan ko ulit mag-aral, para na din hindi ako maging loner.

I'm entering college. Well, I graduated highschool a year ago or so, I was 16 back then.

*************

Our Family is into Fashion Industry, EM Fashion, as they call the company. Napakasuccessful ng business na to. Dad was the one in control with it.

But since he's gone, Mom took over. And Kuya is helping her.

One year nalang din naman kasi, graduate na si Kuya from college. Kaya nagsasanay na din siya sa office.

Anyways, going back. Maiiwan ako sa Pilipinas to finish my studies with Tita Sha. Sa kanya muna ako titira. Then, after, magm'migrate na ako ng US with my family. Of course, kada bakasyon uuwi ako dun to visit them and Dad.

"KIMM, 're you fine?" Kuya asked me, then he sipped his juice.

"Oo naman. But not with the thought na iiwanan niyo ako ni Mommy dito." Nagsmile naman ako kay  Kuya.

"Fake." He inhales, "Nandito naman si Tita Sha a? And I promise, uuwi ako ng Pilipinas to spend a week with you, every month." Kinindatan niya ako.

"I'll be expecting you to keep your promise."

Kuya is a man of his word. He never break his promises, except if it has to be broken.  "Promise."

It was a very tough day. I want to go to bed pero di pa ako inaantok. Iba kasi time zone sa Pinas at sa States.

Knock knock.

It's Mom.

I let her in my room. "Kristin, I brought you some milk."

"Thanks, Mom."

"Sleep well, pray." At ngumiti siya sa akin.

"Good night po. I love you, Mom." Hinug niya ako ng mahigpit.

 "I love you too,

Kimmy."

Nagulat ako sa pagtawag ni Mommy. My heart felt pain.

My Dad used to call me Kimmy.
