Closing her eyes, she let sleep overtake....

Ever seen girls in movies, they wake up all perfect, perfect makeup, perfect hair well Demi was the opposite, looking as if she walked out of a hurricane, she woke up to messy hair, mascara smudged all over her eyes, and looking as if she hasn't slept.

Before she could stretch, and actually be awake, she was welcomed by water, cold, icy water to the face.

Wiping the water away, and blinking to see who it was, she was face to face with, her lovely brother, of course.

"Wasn't it cold enough" he asked with humor.

Did he just quote The 100? Oh yes he did.

" Your heart is much colder" she replied tilting her head.

"Touchè" with that he got up and walked out.

Frustration running through her veins, she got out and went straight to the bathroom to have a shower, getting out and getting changed was the only thing she did, unless you say sitting on the bed and reading is movement.

Its exercise, flipping those pages burns calories, crying because of the death of your favourite character burns calories.

Each chapter she finished she moved positions, getting bored, she threw the book on the pillow, sighing she got up and went downstairs, grabbing a bowl, she made herself breakfast.

Cocopops is breakfast, its healthy.

Finishing her breakfast, she placed the bowl in the sink, and walked out to sit on the porch, sitting on the stairs, she placed her headphones and played a song.

" I love to hold you close tonight and always, I love to wake up next to you" mumbling those lyrics, she resting her chin on her knees, while watching cars go past.

" Do you actually want to wake up next to me" a voice came through.

" Sorry" she said while looking up.
Wishing she didn't, she looked up to Aiden.

" I mean you sung those words while I walked past, so I asked if you meant it?" he questioned.

" What?  No, I was singing a song" she answered back.

" I know" shrugging his shoulder he walked away, stopping half-way, he walked backwards, hands in his pockets, balancing on his heels he asked.

" What are your plans?" he asked looking at the ground.

" I don't know maybe walk through my wardrobe,  then come back, how about you?" she asked with sarcasm.

" Oh im just going to run, you know the maze? yeah maybe help them out and then come back" he replied.

" Good idea, but no im going to stay here till, either my charge runs out or when im hungry" Demi smiled.

" Can I join in, I don't have anything to do, and none of my friends are in town, and im here so can I? he leaned back and forth.

" Yeahhhh" she told

Slowly he sat next to her, shuffling away he nodded, Demi noddes back, both bored looked at the street.

It slowly became darker,  conversation became louder, debating whether if they would live in Hogwarts or Camp half-blood, both laughed through the pros and cons.

Darkness sinking in, covering the sky like a blanket, both lowered their voices.

" I need to go, it was fun, you know, sitting here for lets see, Seven hours, Seven hours!! oh my word" Aidens eye widened while looking at the time, standing up, he awkwardly waved goodbye and went towards his house, well it wasn't a long walk maybe, three or four minutes, opening his front door, he said his final goodbye and went in.

With that Demi too, stood up, stretched and walked indoors. Welcomed to an empty living room, she switched the T.V on, the screen emitted light, creating shadows to bounce on the walls, with that she switched it off.

Switching the lights, she then went upstairs, throwing her phone on the bed, she fell forward, laughing it of she got up and sat crossed legged.

People can trip over air, that's a skill.

Shuffling backwards to get her phone, she noticed it was only eight.  Not knowing what she can do, she stood up and made her way to her brothers room, carefully she slowy opened the door, peeping through the gap, she could see her brother doing the usual, laying on the bed, with his phone hiding his face.

" What do you want?" he asked behind his phone.

" Nothing, im bored, just wanted to see what you're doing" she replied.

Tilting his phone forward he answered " Well im bored too, now get out, wait till mum and dad come, annoy them now leave"

With that he chucked anything his hands could lay on towards the door, and of course it had to be book.

" You just threw words at me" she shouted.

Laughing he said, " okay that's just weird and I feel bad for doing that, get out!"

Frowning she walked out, humming a random tune that popped in her head, she went to her room, gliding her fingers against the wall, she traced lines till the wall beside the window, stopping to look out of it, she noticed someone's shadow casting on the ground, the someone was Aiden, who also was with Tina his probably new friend,  or girlfriend.

Avoiding eye contact,  she walked away, before she could her name was called.

" Hey Demi, why don't you come here for a while" he yelled.

Opening the window,  she shouted,
"No I need to go, thanks for asking" closing the window she sat down.

Her phone went off, unlocking the screen she had the same notification from " Unknown Number" rolling her eyes she read the message to herself, quietly.

Unknown Number: Demi it's okay don't get jealous you'll be next, thats what he does, makes you fall in love with him, breaks your heart and leaves you, your time will come don't worry....

Throwing the phone away, she cupped her hands against her face and screamed. In frustration she rested her head on the pillow and ended up falling asleep.
