Hey True Believers! I don't know what to say right now other than enjoy what you're about to read and please leave me some kind of feed back!
I felt relieved. After all the events that had transpired through out the day I would've been very disappointed not to be one.
"Shit thats great Professor! I'm so happy!"
"Don't get too excited being a mutant is a lot more than having some sort of special ability. It comes with an immense amount of responsibility. I'd also prefer if you didn't tell anyone who didn't absolutely need to know. Some people are not so open to the idea as you."
I nodded in understanding.
"And one more thing, I understand its your personality, but at least in my presence try to keep the profanity to a minimum."
"I understand professor, I'm sorry. So shall we go down to the Danger Room now?"
"My thoughts exactly."
I was stoked to see Andy and tell him and also find out what I could do that made me a mutant. With all the excitement going the same speed as Xavier was hard but fortunately we came to another set of doors in no time. I rushed through them as soon as they opened. I was in a sort of box like at a sports stadium for those with several figures in their bank accounts. The box over looked a large white arena where I saw Andy contesting with strange robots. I looked down only for a second at him and then back in the room I was in. Ororo was in here sitting at large computer that I guess was operating the simulation Andy was involved in.
"Hello gentlemen. How was your test?"
"I'm positive for the X-gene" I said
"Well I hope that's something you'll learn to love, any idea on your ability?
"We're about to find out" Interjected The Professor and he pointed to an elevator obviously indicating for me to go down in to the simulation area an so I did.
As I went down I saw the combat robots around andy disappear. I got out of the elevator and walked towards him. He smiled figuring out that I was like him.
"Alright Andrew. You and Andy are going to continue simple easy training exercises. Under the stress and potential danger your powers should show themselves. Don't worry though, because these simulations are absolutely harmless and should anything happen we are to here to stop the simulation." That was Charles over some sort of speaker.
Three robots instantly appeared in the far side of the white room.
"Dude if all you can do is heal yourself how do we take the robots out?" I said
"Well man I found out something else I can do while you were out messing around"
I laughed, "oh yeah? And what's that?"
The robots were now about ten feet away.
"Just check this out."
He ran up to the closest robot, pulled his right arm all the way back and then launched it forward. His fist collided with the plain robots face destroying it immediately. He turned to his left and grabbed the next closest robot by the arm with one hand and tossed the robot over his body and into the air till it crashed in the far wall.
Super. Strength.
"Dude! That's so radical! You're gonna be like a god damn tank!"
"I know right?! I didn't even find out in the dangerroom."
"Then where?"
"I stopped in the bathroom before we got here and I broke the handles off the sink.
