Chapter 31 He'll Make It

'After having the party we all passed out for then night on the living room floor. Josh and I woke up around 7:30. We decided to head back to Vancouver. We packed up my car and stopped at Tim Hortons to grab breakfast. Josh wanted to drive so I let him. He held my hand the whole time. We talked and sang along to the radio for the whole 2 hour drive. At 10am we pulled into the apartment parking garage. Josh parks the car in one of our spots. He shuts off the engine and comes around to open m door for me. "Why thank you" I say as I peck is lips. We go around to the trunk and grab the suitcase. Josh pulls it behind up. I run ahead and open the door to the elevator. Josh comes just as the door opens. We both go in the elevator and he presses the button for floor number 3. Josh sings the elevator song as we go up. we get out of the elevator and go down the hall to our apartment. Once we unlock the door Bennie greets us at the door, tackling Josh to the ground. I giggle as Josh talks to her in a baby voice. I go over and sit on the couch by the cats and pet them. Bennie gets off Josh and comes and jumps on my. I pet her and give her kisses. Josh's goes and sees the cats. Josh lets Bennie outside while I go to the kitchen. I grab the dog food and cat food and fill up the bowls. I dump the water bowls and put new water in them.

I go in the bathroom and wash off my makeup and wash my face. Josh come back in with Bennie and says he's going to take a shower. I make some coffee and putt Breaking Bad on. About 3/4 through the show Josh comes out of the bathroom and goes to the bedroom to change. He changes into sweatpants. He comes over and sit beside me while his arm around my waist. After the episode finishes I stand up. "Where ya going babe?" Josh asks. "I gotta run to the studio to finish up a song that's almost done then I have to go to the music store" I say as I grab my phone and car keys. "Have fun darling" he says as he walks over to the door. I walk over to the door and give him a hug. I give him a quick kiss before I leave. When I get in my car I put some Marianas Trench on.

I pull up to the studio parking lot. I park my car and head inside. Once I get into the studio room I pull out the song I was working on. It's just about done. I work on the song for around 30 minutes. I decide I have some time so ill record it acoustically. I grab a guitar and play the guitar parts into the microphone. I play back the guitar to make sure it sounds good. I move onto recording my vocals. I begin to sing.
