Danielle's P.O.V.
We were currently in the basement and Caspian and his friends were setting up everything. I was sitting on a red couch that was down here. 'I can't believe it! Caspian is my boyfriend! It's so awesome! I could just scream from joy!' I kept thinking about being Caspian's girlfriend and grinning like an idiot.
"Ready, Danny? I'm not as good as you but okay," Caspian called over my way.
"Oh, shush! You're probably way better than me," I answered.
"If you want me to shush, you come up here."
"You know what I mean."
"I know. I'm just joking. Now, can I have a good luck kiss?"
"If you walk over here."
"It's soooo far!"
"Not really. But I guess I'll come to you." I stood up and walked to the stage. I stood on my tip-toes and pecked Caspian on the lips. "Good luck, babe."
"Thanks. Love you." I walked away.
"Are y'all always gonna be doing that?" Claire asked.
"Don't say anything to me. When Drew and Ashley first started dating they were worse than this," Caspian said.
"I guess you're right. We barely got in any practice at all."
"Hey! I object. Me and Drew were no-"
"Yeah, we were, babe." Drew cut Ashley off. "I hate to admit it, but we were way worse."
"Can y'all start now?!" I but in.
"Don't worry, babe. We're starting now. Everybody positions," Caspian said.
"Wait! What do you all play or do?"
"Um...I sing. Ashley plays bass, Drew plays drums, and Claire plays guitar and sings sometimes." Caspian pointed at the person he was talking about before going to the next.
"Cool."
"Can we start now?"
"Yeah. Wait, no! Why don't you have a piano player?"
"We never found anybody to play piano," Caspian answered.
"I play piano."
"You do?"
"Yeah. I play piano and the saxophone."
"Saxophone? I gotta hear that!" Claire exclaimed.
"Sorry. Don't have one here. But if I can get one, I'll play after y'all practice."
"Alright. One. Two. One, two, three, four!"
The beat started and I relaxed the song immediately. They were playing 'I Will Wait' by Mumford an Sons. Caspian soon started singing.

They sang four more songs after that then Caspian said, "I think that's good. Danny, your turn."
"Oh my goodness! Caspian, you're amazing! There is no way I can sound that good!"
"You sounded better earlier."
"Well. I'll sing later. Right now, I'm ready to go shopping!"
"Alright. It's a little late. We can go tomorrow. Go get some sleep."
"Okay. Piggyback ride?" I batted my eyelashes and poked my bottom lip out some.
"Ugh. I can't say no to that face. Hop on."
"Yay!" I hopped on his back and he ran all the way to my old bedroom. We got my stuff and went to my new bedroom.
