|Chapter 5-A Dress|

It's been a week since I did the livestream with Dan. Since then, I joined in on Phil's livestream on the Sunday after. Some of the people recognized me from Dan's livestream. There was hate, but not nearly as much as I got doing a live show with Dan. I did another one with Dan and it went over way better. I was less shy and most of the fans were nice. I had plans to hang out with Dan again on Wednesday, the next day. I went over to his flat and knocked. My amazing boyfriend greeted me at the door. He kissed my cheek.

"Hello beautiful." He said to me. I smiled.

"Hello... Daniel." I said with a little laugh.

Dan was letting me in as Phil was getting off the phone.

"Hey Violet." Phil greeted me.

"What's up?" I said back.

"Nothing much. Actually. Dan there's a party at Radio 1 tomorrow, we're allowed to invite a friend each." Phil informed.

"You up for that?" Dan asked me, nudging my shoulder.

"Yeah.." I said. I already knew all about Dan and Phil and their adventures with BBC Radio 1.
I turned my head to look at Phil.

"There a dress code?" I asked.

"They said to dress nice." Phil told me. I nodded.

"Well I'm going to need a dress." I said excitedly. "And I've only got 2 friends so do either one of you wanna come with me to buy one." I asked.

"I volunteer as tribute." Dan said raising his hand. The three of us just started cracking up.

"What about you Phil?" I asked kindly.

"Actually, I was going to look for a job for you." He said. My eyes widened.

"No no no, Phil you don't have to-" Phil stopped me mid sentence.

"Nope. I'll see what baking offers they have out." He said.

"Phil thank you! Thank you so much." I spread my arms out for a hug. He hugged me and then Dan and I left to go buy me a dress. Dan and I walked, our hands linked together like a puzzle. After walking about a mile we reached the mall. It was barely 2 minutes after we entered and I notice 2 young girls running up to Dan and I. We quickly disconnect our hands. Dan didn't feel comfortable telling his fans that we were dating until we got more serious. Dan gave the girls hugs and took pictures with them. Dan was so sweet to his fans. It was adorable. I just stood there smiling. One of the girls noticed me from Dan's most recent live show. They told me that I was really pretty and funny.
"Lets not hold hands..." Dan said awkwardly. I nodded. I didn't really know where the dress store was but Dan seemed to. I'm assuming it's because he's been to the mall before. I knew that Dan would be bored. I mean, what guy wants to go dress shopping. I hope he knows it wasn't obligatory.

"Dan, you didn't have to come." I told him. He just laughed.

"I know... I was planning shopping elsewhere while you're picking a dress." He said.

"You little shit. Using me as an excuse to go to the mall." I said playfully. He just smiled as I elbowed him in the rib. We got to the dress store.

"This be it." He said as we stopped there.

"You have money right?" He asked me, concerned.

"Yeah. I brought practically my whole life savings. I also didn't go to uni so I have money that I was supposed to spend on that." I told him. It was adorable how he was worried about my first world problems. He pointed toward a different shop.

"I'll probably be in there." He said.

"Okay.. Love you." I said. Oh my god. That was the first time I had said I love you to him.

"I love you too." He said as he laid a quick kiss on my cheek. He had to bend down a bit because of how freakishly tall he is. He left me to my business after that. I turned around and entered the store. Oh my god was this place amazing. Everywhere you looked, there was another beautiful dress. I looked at the prices and they were all under 30 pounds. That was cheap. I looked around. All of the dresses were so pretty, each in their own way but none of them seemed right for me. I kept looking and I was just reaching the last few aisles and I found the most beautiful, perfect dress for me. It was a simple lace black dress. It was beautiful. I tried it on and I looked beautiful in it. My glasses, my hair, my eyes, my body shape, everything about me went perfectly with it. It was only 20 pounds too. I bought the dress and decided I needed shoes so I went to the nearby shoe shop. I found these converse wedges. I left the shop and looked for the store Dan said he'd be in. Sure enough, he was on his phone sitting in a bench with a bag full of what appeared to be clothes. He looked up at me and I smiled. He smiled back with his most adorable smile.

"Can I see what you got." He asked, as he got up.

"That's a surprise, you'll have to wait till tomorrow to see." I said as I got on my tip toes to kiss him quickly. Tomorrow was going to be an amazing night... So I thought.
