Violet's POV
Something walked all over my stomach and woke me up on the first day of work. I looked down to see Ruby, playing with the wrinkles of our duvet. I rubbed my eyes and sat up. It was my first day back at work. So I quietly slid off the bed, Ruby following close behind me. I checked on Elliot on his bedroom, who was sound asleep. I took a shower and got dressed just to be greeted by Dan playing with little Ruby in the living room.
"Looks like someone's warming up to you hm?" I smiled at him. He looked up to me.
"No, she's just fun to play with." He smiled.
"Ah okay." I rolled my eyes playfully. "I'm headed for work." I told him. He got up and placed a kiss on my lips, pulling me in by my hips.
"Love you." I told him.
"Love you more." He responded.
"Doubt it" I said before heading out the door.

Addy and I were gonna go dress shopping tonight, which seemed fun, even though I had a gazillion dresses as it was, I guess I need just one more. Of course, I began to freak out a little, I didn't want to get fat before the wedding.

The next day, after work I came home to see Dan had fallen asleep watching T.V. with Ruby cuddled up next to him. I walked over and quietly took Ruby from him. His eyes opened and he looked up at me.
"Noo my babyyyy." He complained.
"Oh really? I thought you didn't care for her as much as you'd care for a dog?" I taunted.
"Whatever, justt give her backkk"
I put the kitten on the floor and dragged Dan off the couch and made him make dinner, which were just some tacos, which were pretty good. I filmed a video afterward, which was a Q&A. The next two months after that were just these same things, just boring, yet interesting things all at the same time.
