After we are done with the breakfast he said you can join from tomorrow but I have one condition you have to have breakfast with me every morning, I smiled and said it will be my pleasure GD.

Then when I was about to leave he asked me where I am staying so I told him youth hostel then he said you don't have to live there we have a staff apartment on 37th Floor you can stay there till you wish.

I couldn't ask for more.

I thanked him and exited the room, at front desk Mrs. Wilkins handed me keys to apartment no. 37/3. You can go and rest in your apartment we will get someone to collect you luggage.

I still was thinking it's all a dream.

6 months later I was doing okay and today I was having my biannual appraisal I was freaking out but put a calm and composed face.

I really wish I could talk to Ryan right now, somehow he always calmed my nerves whenever I am stressed. We usually meet in alleviator when we are going to out respective offices. I was too awkward to even ask him which office he works at. He only asked for my phone no. after my past experiences I don't even wish to be friends with anyone and dumped by them so I kept safe distance. I go to work meet Ryan in alleviator and go to my apartment at 37th floor, this has been my routine from past 6 months and only fun thing I did was when I had breakfast with GD every morning, he use to talk about his collage days childhood and many more things. His family. He said some day I will invite you to my house and let you meet my family I only use to smile at that.

I received a mail stating that I have been promoted to Operations General Manager and terms and conditions of my new role. I did not even know I was crying until Mrs. Wilkins came in and asked are you all right dear? I just nodded my head and said I am overjoyed.

Then she congratulated me and gave me an invitation to a night club where GD has given party for all the newly promoted people along with the entire staff.

We were at the club I was never a club sort of person, and smell of alcohol and all the perfumes was nauseating, it was quite a posh club so it was not booked only for our office party, it was open for other people as well. Then one of my office colleague handed me a soft drink and said its time to celebrate the he said its not alcoholic, I took the drink and gulp it in one go since I came here I was feeling thirsty.
