***Vincent's P.O.V.***

My heart beat was raising higher then the Empire State Building. I couldn't take it anymore, it was too much to take in at once. I walked into the waiting room where Blake, Hannah, Shelby and Mike all sat in the chairs patiently.

"What's going on?" Hannah said bolting up at she saw me walking toward them. I closed my eyes and shook my head.

"Is she alright?" Hannah asked again. "Vince, talk to me."

"They gave her a C-Section and got the baby out. But her machines were going crazy— they wouldn't stop beeping— they won't let me in." I said as tears poured down. Hannah was in shock, falling back into her seat.

"She does not get to die." Hannah said to herself.

"Mr. O'Adrian?" The nurse that explained everything to me came out of a room. I turned my head and nodded my head.

"Come and see your baby." She said smiling.

"I-I can't right now. Is Spencer alright? Is she alive. Please, I just need some answers." I pleaded.

"All I know is that there was a lot of complications and lost a lot of blood." She explained.

"I have to see her, can I please see her?" I pleaded.

"You have to wait until we are sure she is stable enough for visitors." She said.

"I need to see her." I said sighing. "I am her fiancé."

"Fine, you can come in... But only for a minute." She whispered. I nodded and followed her to her room.

"Okay, now you have to be quiet about this, not telling anyone, got it?" She asked. I nodded and walked over to her body on the bed. The nurse walked out of the room, giving me privacy.

I sat down in the blue chair beside her bed, grabbing her small and fragile hand.

"Oh Spencer." I said putting my head down on her arm.

"You have to wake up, you have too. I can't live on my own without you Spencer Rose." I said sniffing as more and more tears poured out of my eyes.

"I am so sorry Mr. O'Adrian." The doctor said as she walked in. My breath hitched because I wasn't aloud in her room.

"She's going to wake up." I demanded.

"I'm so sorry." She said walking over to me. Her cold hand went onto my back, making me shiver. "She's not going to wake up."

"How do you know that?" I asked. "You can't prove anything!"

"She is in a coma and she has a machine breathing for her. When we unplug this machine, your fiancé will be gone." She explained as she pointed to the machine.

"No, God no please wake up Spencer. She can't be gone." I said as I shook my head.

"I will give you some time until we unplug the machine." She said walking out of the room.

***Spencer's P.O.V.***

I feel nothing, everything is still and won't move.

Am I dead? Or am I alive?
