I see the shadows
They hang around your head
I see the light
Trying to get back in
I see you trying to hide
I see you fighting either side
And I'm trying to make you better
And the shadows seem to love you
But the light remembers your love too

With what ever you are going through
Because the shadows don't deserve a person like you
You are talking in your sleep again
But I don't know if your accepting or fighting with him
You are drawing blood again
But I don't know if it's your choice or his

But I don't know if it's out of sadness for me or him
