 ~TAURTIS'S P.O.V.~

 ~LATER THAT DAY~

I let myself in Sam and Ellen's dorm room, and saw Ellen sleeping on the couch, and Sam wasn't there. I sat next to Ellen on the couch, and waited for her to wake up. I just wanted to have some time with my sister. Ellen moved an inch, waking up, and I smiled.

"Hey, sis." I said. She jumped on me, hugging me. She wouldn't let go. "You ok?" I asked her. She didn't do anything. "Ellen, what's up?" I asked one more time. She hugged me tighter. I wrapped my arms around her. "Ellen, is something wrong?" I asked. Now, she was making me a bit upset. A warm tear dropped on my shirt. I pulled her away from me so I could see her face. "Ellen, what happened?!" I asked, saddened. Her eyes flickered a bright red. "What...?" I asked. "I gave Blue control of Evil Blue, but that gave me an Evil Ellen.." she whispered. My heart broke. Warm tears fell down my cheek. She wiped them away, but I turned my head. "Taurtis..?" she sobbed. Now, I'm angry, I wish Ellen never had to go through so much pain, I can't bare her going through any more PAIN!! I reacted violently, and I punched the wall. "TAURTIS...?" Ellen sobbed. "WHY CAN'T YOU BE NORMAL?!" I yelled. "...w-what..?" "oh my gord.. Ellen, I swear, I DIDN'T MEAN THAT!!" I yelled. "LEAVE ME ALONE!!" she yelled. "NO, ELLEN, I SWEAR, I DIDN'T MEAN THAT!!" I yelled back. She screamed in pain and fell to the ground. "NO, ELLEN!!"

~TAURTIS'S P.O.V.~

I held her as she lay there helplessly talking to Evil Ellen. "Please don't hurt her!!" I sobbed as I held her. Ellen came back to it. "My head.." she whispered. She fell asleep in my arms. I picked her up and laid her down on her bed. I knelt by her bed, sobbing. "Gord, Ellen, please forgive me!!" I begged silently, so she wouldn't wake up. Sam walked through the door, set the groceries on the ground, and walked to me. He set his hand on my shoulder. "I was going to tell you myself.." he whispered, as a tear fell down his cheek. We sat down on the couch and waited for her to wake up.

Half an hour later, she woke up, and Sam and I walked to her. Sam pressed his hand against her back, and Ellen gasped. "Whoa, what are you doing?!" I demanded to know. "Sometimes, our evil waits in areas. I could detect Evil Ellen somewhere in her back." Sam responded. Ellen winced, and Sam removed his hand from under her. I took a deep breath and walked closer to Ellen. Ellen rested her gaze on my eyes, and I smiled, trying to comfort her. She smiled back. I sat next to her on the bed. Sam smiled at seeing Ellen happy. I rested my head on her shoulder, and Sam left us alone.

 ~SAM'S P.O.V.~

I left the room and stood outside the door. I called up Jasper to see how he's doing. "Ello?" he answered. "Ya, just me." I said back. "What's up?" "Seein' how you're doin" "Ya, I'm good, can I come over?" "Ya, sure" "K, see ya soon" he hung up. I let out a huge sigh, and waited for him. Not too much later, Jasper walked up to me.

"What's up?" I asked him. "I uh, kind of need a place to stay for the night, until I get my own dorm." "Ya, that's fine, but Ellen sleeps here too." "Well, can she sleep with a friend, or something?" he asked. "...no." I answered. "Why not?" he asked. "Dude, just no, she's my- uh, an Empath. If I have a nightmare, she's gotta be there." I answered. He raised a brow, but nodded. "Right, so, let's go in." I said. I opened the door, and Taurtis and Ellen were still laying together. "I better go." Taurtis said. He rubbed her shoulder, and left us.

"Jasper's staying here tonight." I said to Ellen. "Where's he going to sleep?" she asked. "I'll just sleep on the couch." he said. She nodded, and Jasper asked, "Ellen, are you like a nurse or something?" "Uh, I guess, I'm good with medications." Ellen said slowly, wondering why he asked that. Jasper looked at me, and I understood why he needed Ellen to look at him. Jasper took off his jacket and shirt, and turned around to reveal a bloody mess. "Dude, why didn't you tell me?!" I asked, upset he didn't get medical attention earlier. "I'm sorry, but it burns now!" he said in pain. Ellen's eyes widened as she looked at it. "Um, sit down on the bed, and.. I'll get my medical kit.." she said slowly. She entered the bathroom, and Jasper sat down on Ellen's bed. The scar was long, across his entire back, and ran deep in his skin. He opened his wings a bit to show a blood stain on his wing, too. I played the TV for Jasper so he could relax. I sat down in front of Jasper, and Ellen walked out of the bathroom with stuff she'd need. She handed Jasper a cup of water and four ibuprofen pills. Jasper swallowed the pills down with a swish of water, and Ellen opened up her medical kit. "This is going to hurt.." Ellen admitted. I tried to say, "Ellen, you're empathy-" "Will be ok." she interrupted. I let out a huge sigh and Ellen took a wet wash cloth and laid it on Jasper's back. Jasper yelled in pain. HIs wings flied open, and Ellen backed up, so she wouldn't get hit in the face with feathers. She dabbed the blood off his back, until the dry blood was washed off. Ellen winced as Jasper groaned in more pain. She dabbed off the water with a dry towel, and Jasper held his breath. "GORD.." Jasper yelled. "I'm sorry!!" Ellen cried. Ellen took out a needle and red thread. My eyes widened as I realized Jasper didn't know she was going to stitch him up. Ellen put a finger to her lips, and I bit my lip. Ellen pierced Jasper's skin with the needle, and Jasper yelled, "OH FU-" "JASPER." I yelled, interrupting him. Jasper closed his eyes shut, and a tear fell down his cheek. He grabbed my shoulders, and squeezed. Ellen winced every time Jasper yelled in pain. Ellen finally finished sewing Jasper's back up, and Jasper squeezed my shoulders even TIGHTER. "GORD, YOU'RE GONNA RIP OFF MY ARMS!" I yelled. "I'M-I'M SORRY!!" he yelled. "STOP YELLING!!" Ellen shouted. She washed the blood off the needle and packed up her medical kit. Ellen put up her kit and filled a bucket with water. She put it under Jasper's wings, and washed the blood off his wings. "STOP PULLING ON MY FEATHERS!!" Jasper yelled. "HEY, DON'T YELL AT HER!" I shouted. Ellen's eyes widened and stared at me, and I blushed a dark crimson red. "Umm.... I'm done.." Ellen said slowly as she dumped the bloody water down the sink. Jasper yawned, and laid down on the couch. "Goodnight.." Ellen said. "Goodnight" I said back. "Be quiet." Jasper said. I rolled my eyes and went to sleep.

 ~MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT~

Jasper screamed in pain. Ellen and I shot up from bed and ran to him. Jasper pulled his hair as he cried out in his sleep. "Jasper, I'm here!" Ellen said. I violently shook Jasper so he'd wake up. Ellen laid her hand on Jasper's shoulder, and she winced in pain. Jasper shot up, his shirt drenched in sweat. His red eyes faded back to normal. "What happened?" Ellen asked. "H-he.. Evil Jasper.. ripped off my wings, and I died, and Evil Jasper disguised himself as me, and went around hurting everyone, a-and I felt the pain he put them through.." he said, his voice breaking. Ellen laid her hands gently on his arms, and I let out a huge sigh, knowing it was only a dream. "It's ok, go back to sleep." Ellen comforted. Jasper nodded his head and laid back down. Ellen got up and hugged me tightly, wrapping her arms around my body, since I was so tall. I wrapped my arms around her body, and I blushed. I just want to let her know I love her, but I can't, I don't have a clue if she feels that way about me..

~ELLEN'S P.O.V.~

Well, I'll just keep waiting for Sam to ask me out.. If he has the nerve to.
